The only dissatisfaction is our elevator room, the 52-square-meter house is a commercial house bought in 2014, sold in December this year, and the loan to buy a nearly 100-square-meter step house with an age of more than 20 years.
Fortunately, this house is on the first floor, and the seller is a second-hand landlord, they bought it in 2018, and at that time, they went to school for their children, but their children did not go to their ideal school, but chose a school far away.
Until this year, they wanted to sell their house and buy a new house, closer to their children's school.
Fortunately, their house is on the first floor, why did they choose the first floor, but also to facilitate my mother-in-law to retire in the future, after all, she is older, and she will definitely not go downstairs without an elevator in the future.
If my mother-in-law doesn't come in the past two years, she will definitely come the year after tomorrow.
This house is finely decorated, fortunately we don't have to redecorate, we move in directly, and it is also a school district room, which is closer to my two children going to school.
However, we took out a loan of 400,000 yuan, and we originally negotiated to repay the loan for 30 years, but we ended up taking out a loan for 25 years for some reasons.
At the end of 2023, it is a big event, and this big thing of changing houses will be put on hold for a few years, and no one thought that others would fall in love with our small house of 52 square meters, and if we don't agree to sell, the person who bought our house will give up.
Time is pressing, buying a house and selling a house just have to be decided on the same day, otherwise we sell our house, this first floor house is bought by someone else, if you buy first and then sell our house, you can't do it without a down payment.
Fortunately, it was determined at the same time that it was a seamless connection, which can be regarded as perfect.
