The latest masterpiece of the Zhiji automobile brand, the Zhiji L7, will usher in its shining debut on February 24. This new car brings eye-catching configuration upgrades, especially the newly upgraded NVIDIA Orin X chip, which improves the vehicle's computing power performance by an astonishing 8 times. In terms of intelligent driving technology, Zhiji L7 is also becoming more and more mature, and high-tech functions such as "one-click AI driving" are ready to meet the experience of car owners. Moreover, the urban NOA function has also been implemented in some areas of Shanghai, and will be extended to a wider range of cities in the future.
In terms of appearance, the Zhiji L7 still maintains its elegant posture of a medium and large car, with a closed design on the front face and unique signature headlights, which is simple and individual. The addition of the front bumper trim in the same color as the body adds a sense of style. The unique design of the headlight cluster, connected to the grille, forms a sense of visual continuity, while the unique daytime running light design is even more memorable when lit.
Viewed from the side, the Zhiji L7 has sleek lines, with a fastback roof design and frameless doors adding a sporty look. The design of the body waistline runs through the entire body, which not only makes the body appear more slender, but also enhances the layering of the side of the body. The 18-inch multi-spoke wheels and large brake discs emphasise the car's sporty DNA. In terms of body size, the length, width and height of the new car are 5108*1960*1485mm, and the wheelbase has reached 3100mm.
At the rear of the car, the Zhiji L7 adopts the popular through-type taillight design, which not only echoes the front face design, but also adds another touch to the sense of sportiness. A small spoiler and blacked-out taillights at the top of the trunk give the rear a wider visual effect, while the diffuser shape underneath underneath accentuates the car's performance.
One of the most attractive upgrades is the addition of lidar on the roof and the forward-facing surround view camera, which has been upgraded from 5 million pixels to 8 million, and with the powerful new chip, the Zhiji L7 has urban NOA function. This feature has already started trial operation in the main urban area of Shanghai and is expected to be rolled out nationwide in the future.
In terms of interior, the Zhiji L7 continues to adopt a family-oriented design language, with a three-screen design on the center console that is eye-catching, and a vehicle function control screen is also readily available. The half-spoke multi-function steering wheel and electronic pocket gear provide the driver with a convenient operating experience. The comfort of the rear seats has been upgraded, with extended seat cushions and electrically adjustable leg rests, as well as adjustable seat backrests, all of which significantly improve the riding experience for rear passengers.
In terms of power, the Zhiji L7 is available in two versions: rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The rear-wheel drive version is equipped with a 250 kW electric motor, while the four-wheel drive version has a combined maximum power of 450 kW, and the 0-to-100 acceleration time is only 59 seconds and 387 seconds. The 90kWh battery pack provides a range of 675 km and 615 km in CLTC mode. For consumers who pursue extreme performance, there is also a snake version to choose from, with a maximum power increase of 445kW, although the specific acceleration results have not yet been announced, but it is undoubtedly full of expectations.
