At the beginning of the Year of the Dragon, the construction of Shanghai Kechuang Source Project pressed the "fast forward button" to start the construction acceleration. The reporter saw at the construction site that the machinery was roaring, the operators were in an orderly manner, and a busy scene was in full swing.
Shanghai Kechuang Source Project is located at the intersection of Minzhuang Road and Zhayin Road, in the Jiangwan Historical and Cultural District, and also within the scope of the Dachuang Zhi Innovation and Development Demonstration Zone, which is the most visible and important carrier in Yangpu District in the "Central Digital Industry Innovation Belt" that the city focuses on building. The site contains two historic buildings, of which No. 274 Minjing Road is the former site of the "Materials Laboratory of the Chinese Society of Engineers", which was initiated by Zhan Tianyou and designed by Dong Dayou.
Renderings. In order to complete the goal of capping the structure in 2024 and comprehensively carrying out curtain wall and mechanical and electrical construction with quality and quantity, the project team of Shanghai Kechuang Yuan formulated a detailed and scientific plan for resumption of work and production after the Spring Festival in line with the principle of "early planning, early preparation, early organization, and early implementation", and reasonably adjusted the construction process. According to the relevant person in charge of the project, on the tenth day of the first month, the management personnel of the participating units have basically arrived at their posts, and on the twelfth day of the first month, some workers arrived at their posts to prepare for the resumption of work.
It is reported that on the eve of the Spring Festival, the north plot of the project completed the large bottom plate, and the south plot completed the second support pouring, completing the annual target 2 months ahead of schedule. The project is scheduled to be topped out by the end of this year, basically completed by the end of 2025, and completed and put into operation in April 2026.
At present, the second support removal work is underway on the north plot in preparation for the full basement civil construction, and the earthwork between the second support and the large floor is being carried out on the south plot. The project uses digital project management software to control the quality, progress and safety of the project construction throughout the process. Using BIM+AR digital construction technology, the real model guides the construction consistently, and in the later stage, the building operation and maintenance based on real data can be used to achieve efficient digital twins.
Renderings. It is understood that the project is wholly owned by Yangpu Science and Technology Innovation Group, and in the future, it will cooperate with the industrial community to create a "science and technology innovation ecosystem" that combines rigidity and flexibility, and create an urban renewal demonstration block with cultural inheritance and an innovative and sustainable digital industry headquarters community.
