Wizard of the Central Plains Secret Altar Leader.

One by one, I see a friend in the secretarial world, Nie Zhongdong

Li Wenjuan.

Nie Zhongdong and I belong to the same tiger, he lives in Zhengzhou, Henan, I live in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, he is the editor-in-chief of the journal "Secretarial Theory and Practice", and I am the editor-in-chief of "Secretary Front". Of course, his title is not only this, he is also the chairman of the Chinese Secretary Science Alliance, the president of the Henan Provincial Modern Secretary Science Research Institute, the chairman of the Henan Painting and Calligraphy Professional Committee, the president of the Henan Provincial Secret Garden Painting and Calligraphy Institute, etc., and I also have several social positions, I and he have been in the secretarial industry that they love for many years, we are friends for many years, as peers, I am happy for Mr. Nie Zhongdong's achievements in the cross-border field, and I also admire his contribution to the secretarial career, and he is more aggressive, I was impressed by the pioneering and free attitude towards life and the spirit of hard work, innovation and courage.

I met Mr. Nie Zhongdong in 2000, and I remember that when he made a special trip to Shijiazhuang City as the president of the Henan Institute of Modern Secretarial Science and the editor-in-chief of "Secretarial Theory and Practice", he brought with him the "History of Chinese Secretaries" and his grand plan to establish "Yiguan" (Chinese Secretarial Achievements Exhibition Hall) and "Yimeng" (China Secretarial Science Alliance). He has held many personal calligraphy exhibitions in Beijing, Zhengzhou and other places, and also opened the Nie Middle East Art Museum. He has also been invited many times to give inscriptions and calligraphy greetings for the "Secretary Front". In more than ten years of communication, I deeply feel the heroic spirit of this peer who walks hand in hand with the secretary front.

If I am one of the founders of the "Secretary Front", in 1997 I participated in the establishment of the province's only secretary professional magazine and participated in the establishment of the province's only secretary association organization, plus in 1990 I participated in the formation of the Shijiazhuang Municipal Party Committee Supervision Office, in early 1996 as the first director of the Municipal Party Committee Office of the Fifth Comprehensive Division, officially put the city's party committee system verification work into the standardized track, these are all a little pioneering work within the province and city, then compared with the pioneering undertakings done by Mr. Nie Zhongdong, It's really not worth mentioning, and it's very embarrassing. Here it is necessary to list the many pioneering undertakings and achievements made by Nie Zhongdong as follows:

-Mr. Nie founded the first secretarial research entity in China--- Henan Institute of Modern Secretarial Science. It is the first and only officially run secretarial scientific research institution in the country. Many of the activities held are public welfare, and the activity funds and scientific research funds must be solved by themselves, and no fees can be charged. Nie Zhongdong led everyone to overcome all obstacles, and finally made the Institute of Secretarial Science take root and bear fruit.

-In 1993, Nie Zhongdong founded the magazine "Secretary World", which was renamed "Secretary Theory and Practice" in 2000, published once a month, Nie Zhongdong served as the editor-in-chief, from the draft, review, revision, finalization to distribution, printing and other aspects of strict control, rigorous review, publication of high-quality articles, publication of research results, and become a platform for promoting secretary culture, secretary theory, exchanging secretarial work experience, and contacting secretarial personnel. It has further increased the connection between Henan's secretarial circles and all parts of the country, and expanded its influence.

-In 1992, Zhengzhou Secretarial College was founded. This is one of the earliest schools in China to train secretarial professionals. Nie Zhongdong served as the principal, personally taught, developed training plans, this school with knowledge and integrity to attract a group of knowledge seekers, in the past few years, the school has trained more than 12,000 secretarial students, to meet the needs of many departments and social units in urgent need of secretarial personnel.

- Held several sessions of the Chinese Secretarial Science Forum. In October 1992, Hainan Province held the first national seminar on the work of secretaries of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions, with the participation of representatives of 24 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and Wang Shoudao, former vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, wrote an inscription for the seminar: "Improve the level of secretarial work and serve the socialist construction". Li Jian, former director of the Letters and Visits Bureau of the Office of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and Lin Mingyu, former deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Hainan Provincial People's Congress, attended the seminar and delivered speeches at the opening ceremony. Colleagues from the secretarial community gathered together to discuss the secretarial career. Later, it developed into the Chinese Secretary Science Forum, which has been held for more than ten sessions so far. Each session of the secretarial science forum invites secretarial theory and practice workers and secretarial experts and scholars from all over the country to participate in the exchange of information, exchange experience, make suggestions, and discuss major events in the secretarial academic circles, which effectively promotes the discussion of secretarial work and promotes the exchange and progress of secretarial academic circles.

- Wrote and published a series of secretarial monographs such as "History of Chinese Secretaries". After the establishment of the Institute of Secretarial Science, more than a dozen leaders, experts and scholars in the secretarial field were hired as consultants to compile secretarial monographs starting from investigation and research. After several years of hard work, he has completed 10 series of books, including "Secretarial Course", "Kumon Language", "Public Relations Art", "Calligraphy Copybook", "Etiquette Knowledge", "Document Writing" and "Practical Archives", which solves the problem of lack of teaching materials for secretarial teaching and training. Later, Nie Zhongdong accepted the "Ninth Five-Year Plan" social science planning project of Henan Province and edited the book "History of Chinese Secretaries", and Ma Wenrui, former vice chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, inscribed the title of the book. This is a large-scale masterpiece of secretarial historiography, which gathers a large number of secretarial historical materials, and the richness of the content, the weight and the high quality have aroused strong repercussions in the domestic secretarial circles.

- Founded the Chinese Secretarial Achievement Museum. It has preserved and accumulated a large number of creative achievements in the theory of contemporary Chinese secretaries, truly recorded the outstanding achievements of contemporary Chinese secretaries, left precious authentic materials for future generations, and won the wide attention, participation and support of leaders from all walks of life and secretarial circles.

- Organized the selection of contemporary Chinese secretaries. In October 2002, the first Chinese Contemporary Secretary Celebrity Jury and New Century Secretary Science Forum co-sponsored by Henan Institute of Modern Secretarial Science and Zhoukou City People** was held in Zhoukou City. Li Xin, former executive deputy director of the Secretariat of the General Office of the Communist Party of China, Wu Shouquan, former vice chairman of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and director of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the forum and delivered speeches at the opening ceremony. In October 2003, sponsored by Henan Institute of Modern Secretarial Science and co-organized by more than 40 relevant units across the country, the first Chinese contemporary secretary celebrity award conference was held in Zhengzhou, more than 200 secretarial workers and friends from all walks of life from all over the country came to the conference, and many provincial and ministerial leaders attended the meeting. At the meeting, awards were presented to two winners of the Special Honor Award for Contemporary Secretaries, 12 winners of the Highest Achievement Award for Contemporary Secretaries, and 41 winners of the Outstanding Contribution Award for Contemporary Secretaries.

In addition to his talent and hard work, I believe that Mr. Middle East has achieved these achievements because of his character and dedication. In my impression, he was a sincere, humble, kind, and ambitious man. In October 2003, I was invited to attend the first Chinese Contemporary Secretary Celebrity Award Conference and the Second Secretary Science Forum held in Zhengzhou, sponsored by the Henan Modern Secretary Research Institute and co-organized by more than 40 secretarial groups, periodicals and colleges across the country. The meeting was presided over by Nie Zhongdong, President of Henan Provincial Institute of Modern Secretaries, and Zhang Shiying, former vice governor of Henan Province, delivered an opening speech. At the meeting, the representatives who won the Special Honor Award, the Highest Achievement Award, the Outstanding Contribution Award, the Outstanding Contribution Award, the Contribution Award and the Secretary Talent Award of the Chinese Contemporary Secretary took the stage to receive the awards in turn, and then presented the organization individual award, the organization unit award and the special support award of the event. As a participant and witness, I know that it is not easy to organize such a large-scale public welfare event, I see that he has led the conference staff from beginning to end, tirelessly, whether it is to treat provincial and ministerial leaders or celebrities, or ordinary delegates, he is amiable, enthusiastic, elegant, and energetic, we believe that there is such a knowledgeable, selfless dedication, the courage to open up a leader, will open up new space for the development of China's secretarial career in the new era. Moreover, it will play a positive role in promoting the development of China's secretarial industry to a faster speed, a higher level and a wider field.

And after that, Nie Zhongdong really lived up to expectations and did more and bigger things. He not only hosted more than 10 sessions of the National Secretarial Science Forum, but also hosted more than 100 public welfare calligraphy and painting exchange activities to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, and the 70th anniversary of the victory of the Long March.

When it comes to cross-border development, we cannot fail to mention Mr. Nie Zhongdong's persistent pursuit and outstanding achievements in the art of calligraphy. Mr. Middle East has been fond of calligraphy since childhood, and he has been persevering, innovating, and maturing day by day. After continuous attempts, in 1989, he finally created the hard-pen calligraphy "Gongti Calligraphy". "Gongti Calligraphy" takes practicality as the main purpose, and has trained more than 50,000 students. Subsequently, after decades of hard work, he created soft pen calligraphy, combined with the aesthetic habits of modern people, absorbed the essence of Kai, seal, li, line, cursive, development and innovation, unique. Although I don't know calligraphy and painting, I like to appreciate the art of beauty, and I feel that Mr. Middle East's calligraphy is integrated into the roundness of the face, the style of the willow body, and the fortitude of the Wei monument, and then has its own style, unique. Every time I appreciate Nie calligraphy, I always give people the aesthetic effect of pearl and jade, rigidity and softness, combination of movement and static, and thousands of weather. I remember that in December 2009, Nie Zhongdong's calligraphy works were exhibited in the auditorium of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) for the first time, ushering in the highlight moment of his artistic creation. Nearly 100 leaders, well-known experts and scholars from more than 20 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country, and more than 3,000 friends from secretarial circles and all walks of life attended the opening ceremony. More than 50 leaders, including Huang Jingbo, former governor of Qinghai Province and secretary of the provincial party committee, and Guo Hongqi, former vice governor of Hebei Province, wrote inscriptions or sent congratulatory letters to the conference. At that time, Mr. Nie sent me an invitation letter, and I was very sorry that I could not go to the exhibition due to official business. In October 2011, Mr. Nie Zhongdong held a "Singing for the Party, Cheering for the Prosperity and Nie Ti Calligraphy Touring Exhibition in Beijing Again" in Beijing, which coincided with the weekend, and I drove to Beijing at 6 o'clock in the morning to congratulate and watch the exhibition. In the afternoon, when I met Mr. Nie Zhongdong at the 11th China Secretarial Science Forum held in Beijing, I immediately wrote a poem

He Nie Middle East Calligraphy Exhibition Held in Jinjing":

Sweeping the clouds and stepping on the fog to view the macro book, the pen walks and the ink flies to the capital dance.

The Central Plains has produced talents since ancient times, and the Chinese secret altar has leaped into the tiger.

Someone once said that the best state of life is to live a low life, a high soul to tune into your favorite channel, shine in the sun, run in the wind and rain, dream your own dreams, and walk your own way. I feel that it is not easy to make a career into a hobby, and it is commendable, and I will eventually succeed, so as to demonstrate my own value and style, and win the reputation and respect of the society. This is also my impression and evaluation of Mr. Nie Zhongdong.
