When asked about the original intention of opening the store, Qu Yi summed it up with a sentence of "rural revitalization, great achievements". She said that this is not an idealistic slogan, although the café is open in a small town, in fact, it only takes 20 minutes to drive from the city, with the rise of rural tourism, there is not a lot of traffic, whether it is to Xinqiao to pick grapes or to go to the cooperative bridge to pick roses and blueberries, there are people who can stay and wait for a cup of fresh coffee to awaken the palate.

Qu Yi is a very energetic person, after having the idea of starting a business, she visited all over the world, large and small, famous or niche coffee shops, observing the barista's steps of boiling water, warming cups, putting filter cloths, and brewing coffee, savoring the fruity or honey aroma of beans, and comparing what kind of milk is used in these shops, which is more silky. After exploring enough coffee shops, she searched for more than a dozen coffee beans with different roasting levels in different production areas, invited more than a dozen friends with different tastes to try them, and it took nearly two months before she finally settled on the coffee beans that the store always has in store. In order to save decoration costs, the decoration of the store, from the cement on the floor to the charcoal brazier support, was completed by Qu Yi and his father.
