Qu Yi is a very energetic person, after having the idea of starting a business, she visited all over the world, large and small, famous or niche coffee shops, observing the barista's steps of boiling water, warming cups, putting filter cloths, and brewing coffee, savoring the fruity or honey aroma of beans, and comparing what kind of milk is used in these shops, which is more silky. After exploring enough coffee shops, she searched for more than a dozen coffee beans with different roasting levels in different production areas, invited more than a dozen friends with different tastes to try them, and it took nearly two months before she finally settled on the coffee beans that the store always has in store.
