The construction process of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating is a waterproofing technology widely used in concrete structures. The process is to form a close combination between the waterproof material and the concrete base layer by painting the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating on the concrete surface, so as to achieve the purpose of waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion.
The construction steps are as follows:
1.Base treatment: Clean the surface of the base layer to ensure that there is no dust, oil and other impurities. For defects such as cracks and honeycombs on the surface of the base layer, they should be repaired and filled.
2.Wetting treatment: Moisten the surface of the base layer with clean water, but make sure that there is no open water. Wetting promotes penetration and adhesion of waterproofing coatings.
3.Batching and mixing: According to the ratio of the product manual, the cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating and water are mixed in proportion. Stir well until particle-free paste.
4.Brushing construction: evenly apply the stirred waterproof coating to the surface of the base layer to ensure that the coating thickness meets the requirements. When appliing, avoid missing and accumulating.
5.Curing and Protection: After the coating is completed, it should be cured naturally and kept in a moist state. During the curing period, contaminants such as water and oil should be avoided from touching the surface of the coating.
6.Quality inspection: Conduct quality inspection on the completed waterproof layer to check whether there are defects such as leakage and cracks. If there is a problem, it should be repaired in time.
Notes:1The construction temperature should meet the requirements of the product manual, generally between 5 and 35.
2.Avoid carrying out construction in wet weather such as rain and fog.
3.Protective equipment such as gloves and masks should be worn during the construction process.
