From February 26 to February 27, during MWC24 Barcelona, Yang Chaobin, Director of the Board of Directors and President of ICT Products & Solutions of Huawei, released the first large-scale model in the communications industry. "Huawei's communications model gives full play to the advantages of intelligent technology and provides role-based Copilots and scenario-based agents, helping operators empower employees and improve user satisfaction, ultimately improving network productivity in an all-round way. ”
According to reports, based on more than 30 years of industry knowledge and experience, Huawei has created the first large-scale model in the communications industry. Looking back at the history of the communications industry, the continuous innovation of key technologies has promoted the continuous improvement of operators' network productivity. In the 5G-A era, the leap in network capabilities has stimulated diversified service innovation and promoted business prosperity for operators. Huawei's communication model supports operators' intelligent goals, provides intelligent language interaction capabilities for different roles, and improves employees' knowledge level and work efficiency. For different O&M scenarios, it provides agent applications, analyzes and disassembles complex processes, and orchestrates operation plans to ensure user experience and satisfaction.
Yang Chaobin also shared the typical scenario practices of Huawei's communication model. In the agile service provisioning case, the multi-modal accurate evaluation of the number release assistant realizes fast user account issuance. In the user experience assurance case, multi-objective experience assurance is achieved through the optimization ability of the large model. In the assisted troubleshooting scenario, cross-process quality analysis and dialogue-assisted processing significantly improve the fault handling efficiency.
