On February 26, Kuaishou Ideal Home announced the official launch of the Flower Plan, namely the Kuaishou Real Estate Clue Alliance, which is a new business model of "real estate clue circulation" for real estate content creators. This model allows each creator to reach users who are interested in buying a house through content creation, and then circulate it through the platform, ultimately providing added value for anchors and new customer acquisition solutions for partners.
This model is faster and more flexible than the existing full-chain real estate transaction route model of Kuaishou Ideal Home, and does not charge any fees. At present, tens of thousands of anchors have signed up for the Flower Project, and Beijing will be operated as a key area.
According to Hu Kun, the person in charge of the operation of the Blossom Plan, search for "Kuaishou Ideal Home" in the Kuaishou app and click the "Blossom Plan" button to submit the registration. After the registration is approved, the anchor can use the official tool (i.e., "small house") on the Kuaishou platform to produce short real estate content** or live broadcast of real estate content, and reach and harvest users who are interested in buying a house and agree to authorize the matching brokerage service.
The characteristics of the flower plan are full openness, easy to realize, and quick income. Hu Kun said, "The so-called art industry has a specialty, and the Blossom Plan is very suitable for anchors who like live broadcast and are good at communication, and only need to produce real estate content at the front end, obtain users who have the intention to buy a house and are willing to authorize information, and the follow-up services will be handed over to professional people." ”

At present, with the rapid development of the live broadcast sales model, Kuaishou Ideal Home has become an important new platform for marketing transactions in the real estate industry, and Kuaishou's latest financial report shows that in the third quarter of 2023, the cumulative transaction volume of Ideal Home is 14 billion, covering more than 120 cities across the country.
