According to the "Notice on the Implementation of Traffic Control during the Xining Excellent Social Fire Concentrated Parade" issued by the Xining Municipal Public Security Traffic Management Bureau, on February 19, 2024 (Monday), the "Xining Excellent Social Fire Concentrated Parade" will be held in our city, in order to ensure the orderly operation of public travel and public transport vehicles, Xining Public Transport Group has decided to temporarily detour and adjust 56 bus routes passing through the relevant control areas.

1) From 0:00 to 9:00 on February 19, traffic control on Changjiang Road (from Nanguan Street to West Street) (indicated in green in the picture);
2) From 7:30 a.m. to 13:00 p.m. on February 19, traffic control on North Street (West Street to Qiyi Road) and Huayuan North Street (Dongguan Street to Qiyi Road) (indicated in orange in the picture);
3) From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on February 19, traffic control will be carried out on Xiguan Bridge, West Street (Changjiang Road to South Street), and Changjiang Road (Nanguan Street to Datong Street) (shown in blue in the picture);
4) From 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on February 19, Dongdajie (all lines), Dongguan Street (Huayuan South Street to Gonghe Road), Dazhong Street (Gonghe Road to Delingha Road), South Street (Xiadu Street to West Street), Huayuan South Street (Dongguan Street to Xiadu Street), Nanxiao Street (Dongguan Street to Xiadu Street), Beixiao Street (Dongguan Street to Qiyi Road), Ledu Road (Dongguan Street to Xiadu Street), Gonghe Road (Qiyi Road to Xiadu Street), Traffic control on Jianguo Avenue (Qiyi Road to Xiadu Street) (shown in red in the picture).

Route 1: Starting from the railway station, the original route runs to Jianguo Road, and then resumes the original route via Qiyi Road, Huanghe Road and Shengli Road.
Route 2: Starting from Tuanjie Bridge, the original route runs to Bayi Road, and then resumes the original route via Delingha Road, Xiadu Street, Nanguan Street, Changjiang Road and Kunlun Road.
Route 3: Starting from the railway station, the original route runs to Qiyi Road, and then resumes the original route through Qiyi West Road, Huanghe Road, Kunlun Middle Road, and Nanchuan East Road.
Route 4: Starting from Nanchuan Bus Community, the original route runs to Nanchuan East Road, and then resumes the original route through Kunlun Middle Road, Huanghe Road and Shengli Road.
Route 7: Starting from Haishan, the original route runs to Shengli Road, and then resumes the original route via Huanghe Road and Qiyi Road.
