Only in this way can we live up to our mission and have smooth sailing in the development of our career and the experience of life.
Now, I would like to make three points on how to do a good job in all aspects of the current and future work:

2024 is a year with very heavy tasks, and it is also a crucial year for our bureau to consolidate its position and improve its image. The Spring Festival has passed, the work must be grasped from the beginning, and how the work starts will have a great impact on the work of the whole year. In the near future, the work in 2023 will be summarized and commended, the goals and tasks in 2024 will be studied and deployed, and at the same time, the 2024 annual work objectives will be signed with all departments and directly affiliated units.
From now on, all departments and units directly under them must immediately restore normal work order, all cadres and workers must enter a normal working state, all departments and units directly under them must strictly enforce work discipline, especially strict systems such as commuting to and from work, asking for leave, and prohibiting alcohol at noon on weekdays, and all service windows must be fully staffed and enthusiastically served.
2. Clarify ideas, lift spirits, and create a new situation in all work
Before the Spring Festival, the overall line of the new year's goals and tasks have been carefully planned and continuously improved, which has been basically finalized and will be issued in the form of bureau documents in the near future. In order to complete the goals and tasks of the new year, promote the new leap and development of the housing management industry, and achieve the goal of striving for the first-class in the city, ranking in the province and influencing the whole country, we need the unremitting efforts of the cadres and workers of the whole country.
With the pride of forging ahead, we ushered in a hopeful 2024. The Spring Festival has passed, and everyone should come out of the festive atmosphere as soon as possible, sort out their thinking, brace their spirits, further adjust their work conditions, and calm down to think about and study the work of the current and future periods.
