Archie Goodwin (born August 17, 1994 in Little Rock, Arkansas, USA) is an American professional basketball player who plays as a shooting guard. He has played for the Phoenix Suns, New Orleans Pelicans, and Brooklyn Nets in the NBA, as well as the Zhejiang Golden Bulls men's basketball team in the CBA, and currently plays for the ITU Basket team in the Turkish League.

Goodwin attended Sylvan Hills High School in Little Rock, Arkansas, where he demonstrated great basketball talent in high school. He represented Western forces in the 2012 McDonald's All-Star Game and Team USA at the Nike Pinnacle Challenge. Goodwin's performance in high school led him to the top of the national high school rankings and was named to the first team of high school by Parade magazine in 2012.
Career:
Goodwin began his career in the 2013 NBA Draft, where he was drafted by the Oklahoma City Thunder with the 29th pick in the first round and subsequently traded to the Phoenix Suns. During his time with the Suns, he scored a career-high 29 points in a game on April 17, 2014. In 2016, he set a new career record for assists per game. During his NBA career, Goodwin played for the Suns, Pelicans, and Nets. In 2018, he joined the CBA Zhejiang Golden Bulls men's basketball team and was replaced in December of the same year. In October 2019, Goodwin joined ITU Basket in Turkey.

Goodwin's major accomplishments include performances over multiple seasons in the NBA, notably scoring and assist records during his time with the Suns. On February 3, 2016, he scored 18 points and 12 assists in a single game, setting a new career assist record. In addition, his performance in the CBA league has also been noticed.
