After the Lantern Festival, the Spring Festival officially ended

After the Lantern Festival, the Spring Festival is officially over. Just take this time to review the subtle changes during the entire Spring Festival.

As in previous years, I ate a lot of delicious food during the holidays and spent most of my time with my family. Unlike previous years, I kept three or four hours of reading every day during the holidays, plus 4km+ running. In previous years, if you ate so much delicious food at home, you would gain at least 5 pounds or more, but this year, when you insist on exercising every day during the Spring Festival, you only gained 2 pounds. And these 2 catties lost within half a week after I returned to work, and the remaining half a week also lost 2 catties.

Within a week of work, I lost 4 pounds compared to when I was at home. Of these 4 catties, 2 catties were grown during the Spring Festival, and 2 catties were reduced on the basis of the low base before the Spring Festival. I take a small number to evaluate my ** results this week, that is, 2 catties, which exceeds the goal I set for myself **1 catty a week**.

If 1 pound a week is a relatively "abstract goal", then insisting on running 4 kilometers a day is more concrete and executable. For a person who runs 5 to 10 kilometers every other day and runs on foot, the intensity of 4 kilometers is not large, and the difficulty in achieving it lies in "every day". In the 7 days I spent at home, I completed the goal of 4 kilometers in 5 days. After returning to work, the goal of 4 kilometers was completed every day.

It's so nice to be "successful" and keep it "successful", and the positive feedback from these small improvements makes me feel like I have a good chance of succeeding in anything.

* This action cannot be carried out unhindered forever, but the habit of exercise has been maintained as it is now. When ** enters the plateau period, what kind of "micro-habits" do you want to develop to experience a different life? I haven't thought about it yet, but I guess it's still around health, reading, writing, and self-growth, and when I think about it, my heart is still quite full of anticipation.
