Deleting a page of a document in Microsoft Word can be done in a few different ways, depending on the content of the page you want to delete and where that page is located in the document. Here are some commonly used methods:

Navigate to the page you want to delete: Scroll or use the "Go" function (CTRL + G) to enter the page number in the pop-up dialog box, then click "Go" to navigate to the page you want to delete.

Select and delete the content: Hold downshiftbutton, and then use the arrow keys to select the entire page (from the top of the page to the footer), or use the mouse to make a selection. Once you've selected the content, pressdeletekey to delete.

Open the navigation pane: Click the View tab, and select Navigation Pane in the Display group.

Navigate through the navigation pane: In the navigation pane, you can see an outliner of the document. Click the title to navigate to the page you want to delete.

Delete content: Select all the contents of the page, and then pressdeleteKey.

If you want to delete pages that were created with page breaks (footers or manually inserted page breaks), you can delete them directly:

Displays non-printing characters: Click the Start tab, and in the Paragraph group, click the Show Hide button, so that you can see all the non-printing characters in the document, including page breaks.

Locate and remove page breaks: Find the page break that causes the new page to start, select it directly and press itdeletekey to delete.

If you have blank pages in your document:

Open Find and Replace: Pressctrl + hOpens the Find and Replace dialog box.

Find the page break: Enter in the Find what box^m(** for page break) to leave the "Replace with" box blank.

Click "Replace All".: This will remove all page breaks and may be deleted along with the blank page. Note that this may affect other pagination layouts of the document.

When you delete page content, make sure you don't accidentally delete important content from other pages or sections.

Before doing a mass deletion, it is recommended that you back up your documents.

With the above methods, you can delete specific pages or blank pages in a Word document as you like. Choose the most appropriate method based on the specific content of the page and your needs.
