At the end of 2023, on the occasion of welcoming the New Year, the "Chinese Treasures Appreciation Meeting", co-sponsored by the German Chinese Treasures Association and Legutang, and co-organized by the China Hanlin Academy Artists Association, was successfully held in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

The 5,000-year-old history of Chinese civilization has yielded many rare treasures of exquisite craftsmanship and different dynasties. The Chinese Treasures Appreciation Conference was arranged in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, a country that is different from Chinese culture but also has a lot of integration.

Janice Goh, president of the German Chinese Treasures Association and founder of Legutang, pointed out that there are two major series of porcelain treasures on display this time: one is the celadon series; The other is the blue and white porcelain series. The celadon series on display include Longquan celadon, Ru kiln and Yaozhou kiln, while the blue and white porcelain comes from the Yongle and Xuande blue and white porcelains of the Yuan and Ming dynasties.

President Wu also made a brief introduction to the guests, pointing out that there were rare treasures such as the Ru kiln phoenix pattern bowl, the Chenghua phoenix head pot and the flower scoop bottle with a wide range of green figures.

The treasures at the viewing are from the members of the consortium, including the collectors Wu Duomei, Uwezwiefelhofer, Xi Getang and Effie Goh. At the same time, the works of Wang Dengwu (Qi Ren), executive chairman of the China Hanlin Academy Artists Federation, and the calligraphy work "good" by Ni Jian, vice president, as well as the blue and white series of --- peony paintings by Mr. Wu Guohui and Ms. Xiao Ying, national first-class artists, were also exhibited, and President Wu also displayed his "Oriental Beauty" paintings.

The Chinese Treasures Appreciation Event was attended by friends from the Chinese Embassy in Afghanistan, the business community and the press, as well as Ms. Betty Chan, the director of the Association in charge of the Middle East. The guests exchanged ideas with each other in the beautiful atmosphere of appreciating the treasures of China in the wine and food, and spent a pleasant and meaningful Sunday.
