In order to further strengthen the construction of the team of functional departments of the headquarters and stimulate the work motivation of various functional departments, recently, the 2023 annual work debriefing meeting of the functional departments of the headquarters of Beijing Agricultural University was held in the Anlu Feed Industry Base and Headquarters of Beijing Agricultural University. 
At the meeting, Dr. Zhang Qingcai first affirmed the excellent achievements of the debriefing staff in 2023, and said that the annual debriefing meeting is a summary meeting to review the work and motivate enthusiasm, as well as a mobilization meeting to look forward to the future and clarify goals. He hopes that all colleagues will attach great importance to the evaluation work, carefully sort out the highlights and shortcomings of the work in 2023, summarize experience, do a good job of review, and meet the new challenges in 2024 with full enthusiasm and high morale!
At the meeting, the debriefers combined with their own and the department's key work in 2023, based on the actual situation, summarized the highlights, found the shortcomings, and reported on the key work plan for 2024. According to the performance of the duties of the heads of various functional departments, the judging team commented on the debriefing personnel in a conscientious, responsible, objective and fair, and realistic attitude. At the meeting, Wang Guowei summarized and commented on the debriefing and evaluation meeting, and he hoped that through this debriefing meeting, all colleagues can continuously improve their work ability and management level in the future work, be diligent in thinking, cultivate ability, build a more efficient and pragmatic management team, continue to play the vanguard role of department managers, put the work ideas and work plans of the new year into practice, and promote the enterprise to achieve high-quality development and climb new heights.
