Recently, the special assessment and annual debriefing meeting of technical service teachers of Beijing Agricultural University was successfully held in Baoding, Hebei Province, Wang Guowei, President of Beijing Agricultural University, Li Lei, Vice President and Marketing Director, Zhang Shiqing, Director of the President's Office, Jin Yongcai, Director of Feed and Nutrition Technology, Ma Guoming, Director of Veterinary Medicine, Zhang Hang, Director of Breeding Poultry Technical Services, and other relevant leaders of the company and all technical service teachers of Beijing Agricultural University attended the meeting. Xu Guiyun, professor of China Agricultural University, and Chen Hui, professor of Hebei Agricultural University, were specially invited to give on-site guidance. The meeting was chaired by Liu Xianli, Director of Technical Services of the Strategic Development Center. At the meeting, all the technical service teachers made a debriefing report, and the relevant leaders commented on the debriefing personnel. 
Wang Guowei first expressed a warm welcome to the participants, he analyzed the current difficulties faced by the industry according to the market environment, and emphasized the importance of the technical service system to promote the development of the industry and deepen the transformation of the industry. He pointed out that as a member of the technical service system of Beijing Agricultural University, we should fully carry forward the boat culture of "crossing people and crossing ourselves" of Beijing Agricultural University, and when we go deep into the front line, we should achieve more focused products and more effective services, take customers as the center, talk about the products of Beijing Agricultural University, establish the reputation of Beijing Agricultural University, and let customers truly feel the benefits brought by the science and technology of Beijing Agricultural University. He put forward new requirements for the company's technical service goals and technical team construction in the new year, and hoped that the service level of the technical service team of Beijing Agricultural University could be improved to a higher level. 
Xu Guiyun highly praised the construction of the technical service system of Beijing Agricultural University, and combined with her own experience to give guiding suggestions, she pointed out that the current layer industry technical service system is increasingly systematic and mature, and the service level of the technical service team should keep up with the pace of industrial development, continuous innovation and breakthroughs, and help the high-quality development of the layer industry. 
Professor Chen Hui gave a keynote speech entitled "2024 China's Layer Industry: Status and Prospects", expounded the development status of the global layer industry, and combined with the global market environment to analyze the current situation and trend of China's layer industry, she pointed out the pain points of China's layer industry, and pointed out the development trend of the industry in the new year for the participants. 
Jin Yongcai gave a detailed introduction to the main feed products of Beinong University, Dr. Ma Guoming sorted out the prevention and control measures of epidemic infectious diseases of laying hens, Zhang Hang introduced the performance and characteristics of Beinong laying hen breeds, and Liu Xianli introduced the new technical service model of Beinong University. 
At the end of the meeting, all the technical service teachers conducted a one-and-a-half-day special skills assessment from environmental control, nutrition, artificial moulting, data management, brooding management, etc. The meeting laid a solid foundation for further improving the service level of the technical teacher team and deepening the reform of the technical service system, and was a complete success.
