A former White House doctor and 83 other Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives expressed "serious concerns" about Biden's cognitive abilities, saying he should undergo a cognitive test to prove that he is still qualified for the position, according to Russia Today TV on February 16. Previously, a prosecutor report concluded that Biden was too old and had a poor memory.
According to the report, on February 15, Rep. Ronnie Jackson, Republican of Texas, sent a letter to Biden, calling on the US Supreme Commander to undergo a cognitive test. Jackson served as a White House physician under Trump and Obama.
"If your mind is so damaged that you can't stand trial, as your own Justice Department claims, then we fear that you are mentally unfit to be the leader of a free world," the letter said. ”
Jackson added that if Biden is unwilling or unable to take a cognitive test, his cabinet members should initiate proceedings to remove him from office under the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
The letter was co-signed by 83 other Republican lawmakers, the report added.
The report mentioned that the report of the US Department of Justice Special Counsel Robert Hull last week involved an investigation into Biden's mishandling of classified documents after he stepped down as deputy ** in 2017. The prosecutor said there was evidence that Biden had sabotaged ***, but he added that the ** should not be criminally charged, in part because the jury would not be willing to convict a "good old man with a bad memory."
