5. Risk Warning

6. Miscellaneous
1) Requirements for the construction of green mines. The bidder shall plan, design and operate in accordance with the requirements of the Guangxi Green Mine Standards. The bidder shall prepare a green mine construction plan after obtaining the Mining License, and carry out the construction in accordance with the green mine construction plan.
2) The bidder shall sign the "Mine Geological Environment Governance and Restoration and Land Reclamation Use Supervision Agreement" with the Wuzhou Municipal Bureau of Natural Resources and the designated bank. After the bidder becomes the owner of the mining right, it shall perform the corresponding obligations of mine environmental governance, land reclamation and closure in accordance with laws and regulations, and if it fails to do so, it will bear the risk of being prosecuted in accordance with the law.
3) The development and utilization plan has been prepared before the transfer, and after the bidder bids for the mining rights, if the original development and utilization plan does not meet the needs of the bidder, the development and utilization plan can be optimized and the development and utilization plan can be reformulated.
