In 2018, 2021, and 2023, I bought spicy noodles three times, and I wanted to eat them on a whim.

But after eating it for a few days, I don't feel like I want to eat it, after all, spicy strips are not nutritious, just snacks, and it's not good to eat too much.

Eat less instant noodles, the nutrients in instant noodles are relatively simple, only meet the calorie requirements, and it is best to eat them with some vegetables.

Drink less drinks, drink less carbonated drinks, and drink more plain water, which is not water after all, and cannot replenish water normally.

Four. Maintain a healthy body and maintain a moderate appetite.

In middle school, my attention was focused on learning and entertainment, and I didn't think about fitness, so although I was growing up, my appetite was not particularly big.

In the two years in the army, I had a healthy schedule and rest, and a moderate amount of exercise, so my appetite increased, I ate more, and my body became stronger.

Five. Usually eat a full meal, and then do things, otherwise you will want to eat snacks when you are bored.
