In order to ensure the safety of the reservoir equipment for wintering, Zhadun Water Conservancy and Hydropower Company has installed self-made icebreakers in the water level ruler and the maintenance doors and accident doors of hydropower stations, installed heating facilities in each plant, and insulated doors and windows, so as to do a good job in wintering protection of buildings and reservoir equipment, strictly prevent frost damage accidents, and empower the upcoming grid-connected power generation.
Since the beginning of winter, our city has encountered extremely low temperature weather, which has caused great pressure on the Zandun Water Conservancy Project in Hulunbuir City. At present, the water level elevation of the Zadun Reservoir is 751m, the water depth has reached 16m, and the ice surface of the reservoir area is frozen in a large area. In order to prevent the inlet gate of the turbine unit from freezing, ensure the flexible opening and closing of the gate in winter, and prevent the deformation caused by the pressure of the dam body and the gate caused by the large-scale ice in front of the flood gate, the reservoir places five icebreakers on both sides of the inlet gate. In order to improve the indoor temperature of the power plant, the factory gate was transformed into a warm door, and the entrance and exit of the plant were equipped with thermal insulation curtains, double-layer plastic steel windows, covered insulation sheds, installed electric heaters, made wall insulation layers, and added two high-power intelligent dehumidifiers to keep the temperature of the plant above zero five degrees and the humidity below 30%.
Lv Xuefeng, assistant general manager of Inner Mongolia Zadun Water Conservancy and Hydropower Co., Ltd., said that through these measures, the normal operation and power generation of Zandun Hydropower Station can be guaranteed, and at the same time, all equipment of the unit will not produce frozen frost heave during winter operation, including oil, gas and water to ensure that the operation is at normal temperature.
In order to keep the temperature of the water base of the unit above 5 degrees Celsius and the humidity below 30%, the reservoir started all heating appliances and dehumidifiers in the reservoir area in early November to effectively prevent the corrosion damage of low temperature and high humidity to pipeline equipment and precision instruments. Due to the large electricity consumption in the reservoir area, in order to ensure the continuous operation of the heating equipment of the power station and the guarantee of electricity for daily life, the No. 2 generator set of the reservoir was put into use to ensure the normal power supply of the reservoir area. In addition to the thermal insulation and anti-freezing work, the reservoir has also increased the number of safety production inspections, expanded the scope of inspections, and ensured the stable operation of the monitoring system.
