4) Talent assessment.

The full score of the interview is 100 points, the minimum passing line is 70 points, and the interview score below 70 points will not be admitted.

4.Total score: "Final score of written test (written test score + extra points) * 40% + interview score * 60%". If the total scores are equal, the highest interview score will be ranked first; If the interview results are also equal, the recruiting unit will take an additional round of interviews.
