First, the number of recruits.

Second, the job description.
The recruiter takes the form of labor dispatch, and the labor dispatch of Quanzhou City signs a labor contract with the hired personnel in accordance with the law and establishes a labor contract relationship, and is dispatched to Quanzhou Shenghua Industry Address: No. 8, Gudao Street, Donghu Street, Fengze District, Quanzhou City) to engage in administrative auxiliary positions.
A total of 4 female administrative auxiliary positions are recruited this time (see the job table for details), under the age of 35 (born after February 28, 1989), and above 155 cm tall.
Third, the basic conditions for recruitment.
1.Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China;
2.Support the Constitution and the Communist Party, abide by national laws and regulations, have good conduct, have no criminal record, and obey organizational arrangements;
3.Meet the specific requirements of the position applied for in the job list. Among them, academic certificates and related qualification certificates must be obtained before the registration date;

5.Have the physical fitness and work ability required to perform the recruitment position normally;
6.Strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, dedication, hard-working spirit, obey the organization and distribution;
7.If the in-service personnel of other units want to apply for the examination, they can only apply for the examination after obtaining the consent of the unit to which they belong. Before taking up the post, the applicant shall terminate the labor contract and labor relationship with any other unit.
4. Recruitment Procedures.
1) Registration. 1. On-site registration.
Before February 26, 2024, go to the Personnel Department of Quanzhou Shenghua Industry (Room 607 of the Office Building) to register on-site. On-site registrants should submit the materials required for qualification review;
2. Online registration.
From February 21, 2024, the registration deadline will be controlled at 1:5 according to the number of applicants, and the deadline will be 16:00 on February 26, 2024; Apply for the examination ** and fill in the "Quanzhou Shenghua Industry *** Auxiliary Management Personnel Registration Form" (see attachment), and fill in the ** together with a copy of the ID card, academic qualifications, degree certificates, and related materials to be named after the applicant's name, and sent to the mailbox in the form of attachments.
2) Qualification review.
Applicants should submit the following materials:
1) Original and 1 copy of personal ID card;
2) Original and 1 copy of graduation certificate;
3) Resume, 2-inch photo and full-body photo;
4) If you have a college degree or above, you must provide 1 copy of your "Electronic Registration and Filing Form for Academic Certificates of the Ministry of Education" (check and print online).
5) A complete screenshot of the person's information queried on the Supreme People's Court's Judgment Defaulter Inquiry Platform;
Personnel who fail to pass the qualification review shall not participate in the follow-up recruitment process.
3) Interview. Candidates who have passed the qualification examination are determined to be candidates for interview. The interview is conducted in a structured format, with the average score after removing the highest and lowest scores.
The time and place of the interview will be notified through the work contact group after registration.
4) Physical examination and political examination.
1.According to the interview results from high to low, after research, the personnel will be determined according to the ratio of 1:1 of the number of job recruitment plans to enter the physical examination and political examination.
2.The physical examination shall refer to the Special Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servants (Trial).
At their own expense, the candidates will go to the general hospital at or above the county level in Quanzhou City for physical examination, and make a conclusion on whether they are qualified, and the results will be reported to the company's personnel department.
3.The standards for political review shall be implemented with reference to the relevant requirements of civil servant inspection and political review.
5) Publicity. The personnel to be hired will be publicized, and the publicity period will be 5 working days.
6) Employment. After the expiration of the publicity period without objection, the personnel to be hired shall sign the labor contract in accordance with the principles of equality, voluntariness and consensus. The probationary period is 2 months, and the salary and benefits during the probationary period are calculated and paid at 80%. At the expiration of the probationary period, if the individual submits an application for regularization, and passes the departmental assessment, a written labor contract shall be signed with the labor dispatch party in accordance with the law.
If the applicant is employed, the applicant must negotiate with the original unit to terminate the labor relationship and submit the relevant supporting materials for the termination of the labor contract before the employment can be hired, otherwise the applicant's employment qualification will be cancelled according to the regulations, and the consequences shall be borne by the applicant.

2. In addition to the "five insurances and one housing fund" paid to units and individuals in accordance with the law, the annual actual salary of other administrative auxiliary personnel is about 3,000 yuan to 4,000 yuan per month (no upper limit), and the salary will be gradually increased with the growth of the economy and the increase of working years. At the same time, the hired personnel can join the labor union of the employer to enjoy the benefits of the trade union and be issued with uniform uniforms.
