If a customer doesn't set up a private question or answer, or forgets a private question or answer, they can reset it in the following ways:
Smart Assistant: Customers can click the "three" icon in the upper left corner of the CCB mobile app, log in to their account, click the plus sign, select the smart assistant, send the message "Change mobile phone number", then select the type to modify the mobile phone number, and follow the prompts of the customer service.
Branch counter: Customers can bring their valid ID documents to the nearest CCB branch counter, fill in the mobile phone number change form, and submit it to the staff.
Mobile Banking:Customers can log in to CCB's mobile banking, enter the "Manage Menu", select "Security Center", click "Reserve Information", enter a new mobile phone number, and complete the modification.
