Let's talk about hypocrisy first, my understanding is modesty, being humble and courteous to others, often those who fight for everything and grab everything end up getting nothing. The second meaning of modesty: can we maintain a state of learning throughout our lives?
Speaking of quietness, the first layer of my understanding means calm and calm, not disturbed by emotions and desires, not paranoid and extreme, and being kind to others and the world. Confucius said that there is nothing to do, nothing to do, and nothing to do. The world is not an extreme opposition of black and white, but good and bad, right and wrong, good and evil coexist, and they are always in a state of change with each other.
The second meaning is"Quiet and inactive"。Lao Tzu said"Govern the country with righteousness, use troops with oddity, and take the world with nothing"。What is"Nothing"？The opposite of this is:"Something", which is what we often say"Things are fine, and they are fine"。If you want others to be close to or even follow and obey yourself, you must give yourself and others freedom, and you will be busy like a spinning top for a day, without learning and growing, and others will not see the hope of the future and leave you naturally.

All knowledge needs to be redeveloped, so it is not only necessary to learn and practice, but also to think more deeply.
