My social security payment is broken, and it is my own interests that are harmed

I am now a "flexible worker" and I have a fixed social security contribution every month, which is 255850 yuan. For a long time, the amount of self-payment has gradually risen to the current figure, but the payment method has not changed, and it is automatically deducted from the bank card I signed to complete this task, which is convenient and efficient.

A while ago, I received an SMS notification from the tax bureau, informing me that from this year, the deduction date will be adjusted to the 11th of each month. If the insured finds that the payment has not been deducted on time, please complete the manual payment online or go to the offline community center to make up the payment.

The notice does not say that once the deduction fails and causes losses to the insured, the tax bureau will bear the corresponding responsibility, but this responsibility should be borne by the insured, and the loss of personal interests caused will not be compensated.

I think such a notice is impersonal and unreasonable.

If I find that I am not able to make a payment on the deduction date, I will have to make a manual payment online or in person at a community centre. This is already making me physically and energetic. If I don't find out about it, it will become my social security payment, which will damage my own interests.

The notice does not clearly mention what kind of responsibility the tax bureau will bear in the event of damage to the interests of the insured due to the failure of the deduction. On the contrary, all the blame seems to be shifted to us, the insured. The tax department shall not be liable for any loss of personal interests caused by the failure of the deduction.

In my opinion, once the system fails to automatically deduct the payment, the responsibility should be borne by the deductor, the tax office. As an insured, we have done our part by simply making sure that we have sufficient funds in our card. This is how the auto-deduction agreement signed at the beginning was mutually recognized.

In fact, many participants have experienced untimely deductions. Faced with this situation, the insured person has to apply for the supplementary payment online or go to the community center to deal with it.

Is this really fair and reasonable?

What can I do as an insured?

Or, surrender the policy, cut off the payment, and become self-reliant. In the words of the popular "Flowers", in the future, "pork ribs are pork ribs, and rice cakes are rice cakes".

Or, continue to participate in the insurance, pay attention to your social security contributions every month, and grovel.
