Banyan Tree Group currently owns 12 brands, 75 hotels and resorts, more than 60 spas and art studios, and 14 residential projects in 22 countries and territories around the world. In 2024, the Group plans to open 19 new hotels and residential projects in China, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Mexico and Cambodia.
Among them, the highlights of the newly opened hotels are as follows:
The opening of Angsana Siem Reap marks the official entry of Banyan Tree Group into Cambodia;
The opening of Banyan Tree Higashiyama Kyoto is imminent, marking the upcoming debut of the Banyan Tree brand in Japan;
Angsana Resort & Spa, Mission Hills in Halong Bay in Vietnam, and Yueliu Hotel in Mgeng Zhai, as well as Angsia Sokcho and Sokcho Hongju in South Korea, will further strengthen the Group's multi-brand influence.
Suzhou, which is about 2 hours away from Shanghai, will have two mixed-use hotel layouts – Banyan Tree and Angsana Hotel in Luozi Shishan, and Banyan Tree and Yueliu Hotel in Yangcheng Lake;
Angsana Tengchong will become the Group's fifth hotel to open in Yunnan Province;
In North America, Banyan Tree Residence Guadalupe will also be the brand's first hotel in Mexico.

Thanks to the recovery of the cultural tourism market, Banyan Tree Group achieved breakthrough growth in 2023, with all regional market indicators exceeding the level of the same period in 2019.
The main indicators for 2023 include:
In September 2023, the average revenue per room (RevPAR) not only increased by a significant 44% compared to September 2022, but even achieved a 27% increase compared to the same store in September 2019;
Residential sales in the first three quarters of 2023 have reached 90% of the annual sales in 2022, a record high;
The Chinese market has become a major growth engine. In September 2023, the market's average room revenue grew significantly by 49% year-over-year and by 18% compared to same-store revenue before the pandemic in 2019. The number of hotels already in operation in the region has expanded from 16 in 2019 to 25 in 2023, with another 14 hotels in the pipeline scheduled to open within three years. Driven by solid opening plans and strong hotel and residential demand in China's onshore and offshore markets, it is expected to continue to grow in the future.
