In the process of laying the impermeable membrane in the fish pond, we often encounter such and such problems, if not immediately solved it is easy to cause the later rework treatment, in fact, the problems encountered at that time are sometimes easy to deal with, do not give up the treatment carelessly, and then the acceptance does not pass and has to rework the rework.
1. The base layer of the impermeable membrane of the fish pond should be smooth, and the local height difference should not be greater than 50. Remove tree roots, grass roots and hard objects to avoid damage to the impermeable membrane of the fish pond.
2. The gravel cushion is constructed according to the requirements of the drawings, the thickness of the filling is 30cm, and during the construction process, the bulldozer cooperates with the roller to level and roll, and it is strictly forbidden to have hard protrusions such as broken and stones, so as to avoid the protrusions piercing the impermeable membrane of the fish pond in the next step of construction.
3. The impermeable membrane of the fish pond should be laid in the direction of its main force, and at the same time, it should not be pulled too tightly, and a certain amount of expansion and contraction should be left to adapt to the deformation of the matrix.
4. The gravel cushion is required to be clean, dry, and has sufficient strength and wear resistance, and its particle shape should be free of soft stone and other impurities, the particle size should be 20-50mm, and the mud content should not be greater than 10%.
5. Both sides of the fish pond impermeable membrane are reserved with a certain width of PE membrane and PET fabric non-adhesive layer (i.e., flicking edge), when laying, the direction of the impermeable membrane of each unit of the fish pond should be adjusted to facilitate the welding of the impermeable membrane of the fish pond of the two units.
6. The compaction degree of the gravel cushion should reach the compaction degree of the corresponding subgrade filling, and the road crown should be reserved during the construction process, and the cross slope of the road crown of the PE film manufacturer is 2.
7. The double-track welding machine is used for the welding of the impermeable membrane in the fish pond, and the surface of the PE film connected by thermal welding method is heated to melt the surface, and then it is fused into one by pressure.
8. The connection of non-woven fabrics at the welding bead, the composite geotextiles on both sides of the membrane can be welded with hot air welding guns if they are below 150g, and sewn with portable sewing machines above 150g.
