A brief introduction to the equipment used in the cottonseed oil processing production line. Pre-pressing leaching method to produce cottonseed oil requires pretreatment equipment + pre-press + leaching equipment.
The processing and production process of cottonseed oil is: stripping, cleaning, magnetic separation, shelling, shelling, separation, crushing, billeting, pre-pressing, leaching, refining, degreasing, extraction and cake.
The pre-pressing leaching method produces cottonseed oil and cottonseed crude oil refining, and the pretreatment steps mainly include cleaning, shelling and crushing, steaming and frying, and pressing. Cottonseed oil refining can remove various impurities such as colloidal impurities, free fatty acids, pigments, and peculiar smells in wool cottonseed oil, and improve the stability of cottonseed oil.
1.Cleaning: use an electromagnetic separator, a vibrating sieve, a paraffin remover, a gum remover (cottonseed is used to hammer the gum remover). By removing impurities, oil loss can be reduced, oil production and the environment of the production plant can be improved.
2.Hulling and crushing: The cottonseed kernels are cut into suitable uniform pieces using a toothed cracking roller that maintains a moderate lump size in order to extract the oil. Cut the cracked cottonseed kernels into evenly smaller slices, less powder, no oil leakage, and gently pinch with your hands, less than 1 mm of fine powder from the sieve hole.
3.Steaming: The process involves adding steam to a crushed, flaky seed embryo and then drying the seeds to remove more water.
4.Crushing or leaching: Pressing the cottonseed kernel into thin flakes increases the surface area of the oil, destroys its cell structure, shortens the oil circuit, and accelerates the oil output. Leaching is an oil-making method that selects an organic solvent that can dissolve the oil and makes it come into contact with the pretreated oil - soaking or spraying to dissolve the oil in the oil.
5.Refining: Crude oil contains residues and solid powders, so we have to remove them before packaging. This requires refining of crude oil, and the refining equipment removes impurities such as gum and free fatty acids.
