Zhaoyuan Environmental Monitoring Center strengthens the inspection and early warning monitoring of key river sections and river outlets, carries out early warning and monitoring of 6 key sections of the boundary river basin, and carries out inspections and supervision and sampling tests on more than 10 river outlets such as Jindu Sewage Treatment Plant, Jinyinling Gold Mine, and Junxing Agriculture, and inspects the operation of sewage treatment facilities on site to ensure that the sewage discharge of enterprises meets the standards and ensures the quality and safety of the river water environment.
In addition, the Zhaoyuan Environmental Monitoring Center strengthens the use of off-site supervision methods, improves the efficiency of law enforcement, and supervises the sewage discharge status of 25 key pollutant discharge units in normal production during the Spring Festival through the real-time monitoring of the enterprise pollution source platform and the comparison and inspection of monitoring equipment, so as to ensure that the monitoring data is accurate and effective.
For the 27 household electricity control enterprises that were in normal production during the Spring Festival, the Zhaoyuan Environmental Monitoring Center strengthened the real-time monitoring and operation and maintenance management of electricity consumption for pollution production and pollution control, realized the accurate early warning of the problem through the dual combination of online monitoring and offline inspection, and timely verified the early warning and alarm situation of the disposal platform, so as to ensure that the intelligent electricity data transmission rate of the enterprise and the completion rate of abnormal alarm law enforcement verification reached 100%, which provided a strong guarantee for environmental safety.
