1. Basic Information

Antalya Diplomacy Forum, ADF) is a platform to facilitate debates among non-state actors on global and regional issues, and will be held for the third time in Antalya, Turkey, from March 1 to 3, 2024, under the strong support of His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Republic of Turkey. The theme of the event was "Advancing Diplomacy in Turbulent Times" and was moderated by H.E. Hakan Fidan, Governor of the Republic of Turkey.

The Turkish Communications Agency will process requests for accreditation from journalists who are willing to cover the Forum, which will host Heads of State and Heads of State, Ministers, Policymakers, Diplomats, Business Leaders, Academics, Think Tank Representatives, Youth Organizations and Heads of State from Turkey and around the world.

2. Qualification certification

Journalists wishing to cover Antalya*** must submit all required documents and complete the application by 5pm on Wednesday, February 14.

Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

a) Journalists with official press accreditation apply.

Domestic and foreign** members holding official press cards issued by the CA are not required to provide any documents. Members can complete the application by logging into the system with the email address and password registered on the Authentication Portal.

b) Applications from journalists who do not have official press credentials.

Members of the press who do not have an official press card must upload their invitation letter (on letterhead, signed and stamped by an authorized person) stating that they have been invited to the forum and upload a valid ID (ID card for Turkish citizens and passport for foreigners).

Note: Applications made using an email address other than the one registered with the Certification Portal** will not be evaluated.

3. Authentication steps

The accreditation of members of the press will take place in two phases.

Phase 1: 1. Visit

2. If you are applying for the first time, please click "Register" and enter your email address and password.

3. Click on the activation link sent to your email and complete the registration.

4. On the webpage that opens after clicking on the activation link, log in with your email address and password.

5. Fill in your personal information on the profile page and upload your **. Please note that the information you provide must match your identity document (for Turkish citizens) or passport (for foreign journalists).

6. After saving your personal information, select "Antalya*** March 1-3, 2024)".

7. The organization, professional title, and ** of domestic and foreign journalists with press cards will be automatically uploaded to the system. You can click "Send" on the right to complete your application.

8. Domestic and international personnel who do not have a valid press card must upload the above specified documents before clicking "Send".

9. Journalists who have successfully completed their applications will be notified by email. (If you do not receive such an email, please reapply.) )

10. Once the application is approved, a confirmation email will be sent to the applicant.

Stage 2: All successful applicants must submit a request to registration@antalyadforg to apply for a registration password and link. They must register for the forum by February 18, 2024 and use the personal password and registration link that will be sent to them. Unregistered members will not be able to participate in the forum.

Accreditation can be picked up in person at the press desk set up at the NEST Convention Center starting February 29, 2024.
