Gongmei White Tea is one of the six major tea categories in China, also known as Shoumei, which is mainly produced in Songxi County, Zhenghe County, Jianyang City, Jian'ou City, Pucheng County and other places in Nanping City, Fujian Province, China. It is the most produced white tea item, accounting for more than 50% of the total white tea production. When Gongmei is generally stored for five years, it can be called old white tea.
