1.1 Safety Instructions.

Do not wire in the order of U, V, and W phases.

If the CE mark must be applied to the cable, shielded cables must be used for motor power cables, power cables and brake cables.

The second protective ground wire used should be the same gauge as the power cord and should be grounded separately by separate terminals, or a copper ground wire with a 10mm wire diameter should be used to share a single terminal ground.

The equipotential terminals in the protective ground terminal should not form a loop.

In order to ensure a safe protection distance, the 220V AC 380V AC power supply system must be equipped with an isolation transformer.

1.2 Instructions for Instructions.

The products comply with the EN618-5-1:2007 standard and the Low Voltage Directive (Low Voltage Directive 2006 95 EC).

1.3 Description of the neutral line (be sure to consider the harmonic current).

The harmonic currents on the neutral line (n) of multiple drivers accumulate to exceed the currents on the phase lines (L1, L2, L3), so the current-carrying capacity of the neutral line must be high enough. Paragraph 524 of the standard IEC60364-5-52:2019 provides recommendations on the selection of the neutral line, and in the absence of more detailed provisions, the standard recommends that the standard be in accordance with 145 times the phase current capability to select the neutral line.

1.3 EMC Description.

The signal cable and the power cable should be laid separately in different cable troughs, and the signal cable must be kept at a distance of more than 10cm from the power cable.

All cables in the system must be shielded and securely grounded.

For radiated emissions testing and conducted emission testing, the length of the power cable between the power filter and the driver must be less than 1m.

The harmonic current values of the SINAMICS V90 exceed the Class A limit of IEC61000-3-2 for use in Class C2 environments.

Make sure that the shield shielding twisted pair is connected to the servo-driven shield plate or clamp.

FSBs are used in single-phase power grids.

2.1 Mains power.

For the 200V series servo drive, when using FSA, FSB, FSC in a single-phase grid, the power supply can be connected to any two connectors in L1, L2, L3.

2.2 Motor power u, v, w

2,3 Power connectors.

Power connector - motor side.

3.1 Digital input output (di do).

Depending on the control mode chosen, the SINAMICS V90 PN can freely distribute signals to the following digital inputs and outputs

di1 to di4- can be assigned via parameters p29301-p29304.

DO1 to DO2 - can be assigned via parameters P29330 to P29331.

DI Default Settings Information Table.

The selected DI signal responds with a delay range of 8ms to 16ms.

The negation of the do signal can be performed by the logic of the signal DO1 and DO2 by bits 0 and 1 of the parameter p0748.

24V power pin distribution.

The SINAMICS V90 200V series servo drives support three encoders:

Incremental encoder TTL2500PPR

The absolute encoder is 21-bit singleturn.

Absolute encoder 20-bit + 12-bit multiturn.

The SINAMICS V90 200V series servo drive supports two types of encoders:

Incremental encoder TTL2500PPR

Absolute encoder 20-bit + 12-bit multiturn.

Encoder interface - drive side.

Encoder connector - motor side.

Encoder connector - motor side - right angle.

The SINAMICS V90 PN is equipped with an internal braking resistor to absorb the regenerative energy of the motor, and an external braking resistor can be connected when the braking resistor does not meet the braking requirements (i.e. an A52901 alarm is generated).

For 400V systems, the motor brake interface (x7) is integrated in the front panel and connected with the servo motor with brake.

Only for 400V series servo drives.

For 200V systems, there is no separate brake interface, and the drive is connected to a third-party device via the control status interface (x8).
