First, the basic error test steps of the sensor

1.Using the specified flow rate, pure nitrogen and 2The sensor was calibrated with a standard gas sample of 50% CO2 and calibrated 3 times to ensure the accuracy of subsequent measurements.

2.After the zero point of the sensor is stabilized in pure nitrogen, it is introduced separately. Three standard gas samples of 50% CO2, each ventilation for 3 minutes. The display value or output signal value of the sensor is recorded and the measurement is repeated 4 times.

3.The difference between the arithmetic mean of the last three times and the standard gas sample was taken to obtain the basic error.

2. Response time test steps

1.The diffusion sampling gas injection device is connected to the air inlet part of the sensor, and pure nitrogen is introduced according to the specified flow rate.

2.After the zero point of the sensor is stabilized, the standard gas sample of about 50% of the range is passed into the same flow rate for 3 minutes.

3.The time it takes for the displayed value to reach 90% of the original displayed measured value when pure nitrogen is introduced after the displayed value is recorded.

3 measurements were taken and their arithmetic mean was taken.

3. Measurement steps of the difference between the alarm value and the set value

1.Set the sensor alarm point to 05% CO2.

2.After the zero point of the sensor is stabilized, a gas sample of the carbon dioxide concentration value specified in Table 2 is slowly introduced.

3.The display value of the sensor at the time of alarm is recorded, and the difference between the CO2 concentration value and the displayed value at the set alarm point is calculated.
