GH4163 superalloy is a Ni-Cr-Co-based precipitation-hardening deformed superalloy with excellent oxidation resistance, high strength, good yield strength and creep strength, and excellent resistance to cold and heat fatigue. It can be used in a temperature range of -253 to 650 °C and up to 800 °C for short-term use. The alloy has excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance in both high and low temperature environments, and has good processing properties, welding properties and long-term microstructure stability.

GH4163 is suitable for plate welded structural parts and load-bearing parts of the main combustion chamber and afterburner combustion chamber of aero engines, and the main products include hot-rolled and cold-rolled plates, hot-rolled and forged bars, cold-drawn (rolled) seamless pipes and rings.
