According to the growth trend of students in the three schools of Fuzhou Hubin Primary School, Fuzhou Qiantang Primary School and Fuzhou Hot Spring Primary School in recent years, in order to promote the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education, it was decided to implement the policy of "three years to settle down to obtain real estate before enrollment". The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:
1. The three schools of Hubin Primary School in Fuzhou City, Qiantang Primary School in Fuzhou City, and Hot Spring Primary School in Fuzhou City implement the policy of settling down for three years to obtain real estate, that is, families who have obtained real estate in the above three schools after February 26, 2024 (excluding those who have signed a real estate transaction contract and gone through online filing but have not obtained the property right certificate) should hold the household registration book and the real estate certificate for three years or more at the same time, and the children can be enrolled in the school (those obtained before February 26, 2024 are not subject to this limit). After February 26, 2024, the above properties in the area are obtained, and the school-age children who meet the other zoning conditions of the school but have settled in the school for less than three years will be arranged by the Gulou District Education Bureau.
2. Transfer Degree Arrangement. Students who are required to transfer back to the three schools of Hubin Primary School, Qiantang Primary School and Hot Spring Primary School in Fuzhou City due to family relocation and new household registration shall be accepted in accordance with the "Notice of the Fuzhou Municipal Education Bureau on Further Standardizing the Transfer of Primary and Secondary Schools" (Rong Jiaozong No. 2018 310) in accordance with the notice of the Fuzhou Municipal Education Bureau on further standardizing the transfer of primary and secondary schools (Rong Jiaozong No. 2018 310).
