1. Preparation for use.

1. Admit that the gas cylinder is upright and stable, and it is forbidden to open the valve when the gas cylinder is not in any fixed condition, at least insist that the gas cylinder is backed against the wall or other fixed objects;

2. Check whether there are oil stains and dangerous goods at the inlet and outlet of the bottle valve and pressure reducing valve; If you find oil or grease stains, discontinue use.

3. Recognize the pressure regulating range and applicable gas of the pressure reducing valve used. The promised operating pressure of the regulator is 0 of the gauge pressure6 times;

The valve of flammable gas cylinders such as hydrogen is in the opposite direction to the screw teeth of ordinary gas cylinders, so the pressure reducing valve is also different, marked by a groove in the middle of the end joint of the connecting gas cylinder, but there is no nitrogen, helium and oxygen pressure regulating valves, and special attention should be paid to the use of them.

Second, the use of pressure reducing valves.

1. Admit that the regulator is in a closed state, that is, it cannot be rotated counterclockwise. If it is not in a closed state, it is necessary to adjust to the closed state to avoid damage to the regulator or even injury to the regulator;

2. Install the pressure reducing valve on the corresponding gas cylinder and lock it with a wrench. When installing the pressure reducing valve, it should be confirmed that the connection specifications are consistent with the coupling of the cylinder and the gas system. The pressure reducing valve and the cylinder are connected with a hemispherical surface, and the nut is tightened to make the two conform;

When applying, the brightness of the two hemispheres should be insisted on to ensure good air tightness. Dust can be blown away with high-pressure gas before installation. If necessary, PTFE and other materials can also be used as gaskets.

3. Stand on the side of the cylinder outlet, slowly open the bottle valve to the open condition, and detect leaks. At this time, the gas enters the high-pressure chamber of the pressure reducing valve;

When opening the valve of the gas cylinder, do not stand in front of or on the opposite side of the gas pressure reducer, which is also the front and back side of the pressure gauge head.

4. Slowly rotate the conditioning handle clockwise, adjust the pressure at the low pressure end to the appropriate pressure, and pay attention to ensure that the pressure is within the promised range (06 times;

3. Close the pressure reducing valve.

1. When closing, the cylinder valve should be closed first, and the pressure regulator should be closed by rolling the handle counterclockwise after the pressure is discharged, and then the pressure regulator should be removed;

It is forbidden to disassemble the regulator when the pressure is at the high pressure end of the regulator. If the pressure reducing valve is not removed, the residual gas in the pressure reducing valve needs to be discharged, and then the conditioning screw should be loosened to avoid long-term pressure deformation of the elastic element.

Fourth, special attention.

1. The oxygen pressure reducing valve should prohibit touching the grease to avoid incineration and accidents;

2. The pressure reducing valve should avoid contact and oscillation, and should not be in contact with corrosive substances.
