As a test manager, what is your leadership style when faced with difficulties or challenges?

(1)Transparent communication:I advocate open communication and make sure team members are aware of the difficulties or challenges they are facing. Through timely and transparent communication, the team is able to better understand the situation and work together to solve the problem.

Teamwork:Encourage teamwork and work together to solve challenges. I believe that the team's ability to work together is an important factor in overcoming difficult problems. By working together, brainstorming can be used to find more innovative solutions.

Encourage innovation:When things are difficult, I encourage the team to come up with innovative solutions. There may be times when traditional approaches may not be enough, and some novel ideas may bring new perspectives. Encourage team members to try new approaches.

Adjust the plan in due course:In the face of difficulties, I work with the team to evaluate the current plan and adjust it as appropriate. Flexibility is important, and sometimes timelines or priorities need to be adjusted while maintaining quality.

Guidance and support:My responsibility as a leader is to coach and support the team in difficult situations. I provide resources, training, and the necessary support to ensure that the team is equipped to overcome the challenges they face.
