Hello everyone, I am an OCD** person for 20 years, and I have a long experience in the medical industry. In the past 20 years, I have been accumulating and exploring, trying various methods, and stepping on many pitfalls. Through systematic learning and accumulation of experience, I helped myself and many friends who were also troubled to get out. After that, we become more self-loving, more able to accept the impermanence of life, and more able to identify with our own needs and change them, embracing love and enjoying the moment.
Think about it, what do you think is the scariest thing? Is it just all kinds of bizarre thoughts in the mind? Some are creepy thoughts, some are shameful and dare not admit them, some are immersive painful memories, and some are afraid of life and death all day long. These are often contrary to morality, ethics, and social mainstream judgments. Then we let ourselves be miserable in the confrontation of "I'm not like this" and "I shouldn't think like this".
How can you keep those thoughts and memories out of coming? The answer is no. The mind does not have a deletion key, thoughts, memories, thoughts, things in the mind always come and go, never greeting us. Since I can't care if he comes or not, I don't care. Anyway, people's energy is limited, and we are not gods, and gods can't control what is going on in their heads, otherwise there will be a plot of gods falling in love with mortals. Just kidding
Although we can't control our own brains, we can control our own behavior, our hands, feet, and bodies, everything that our bodies can control. When you see a person, can you know what he thinks? But you can judge him by what he says and what he does, doesn't you?
So, don't worry about what you have in your head being known to others, and don't be frightened by the images, thoughts, and ideas of the scenes that make people scared. He is not an alien intrusion into your mind, but a manifestation of your own life force.
For example, there is always a body of the opposite sex in the mind, and as soon as it appears, he criticizes and resists himself, "how can you think like this", "you are too impure", etc., in fact, there is no need to panic, this is the embodiment of normal physiological needs, it is precisely because the moral outlook is too strong, or the family education is too conservative, and the needs are not normally affirmed, he will appear. He's also quite pathetic, normal needs can't be accepted, so he can only get your attention in this scary way.
Another example, I am always worried about contracting a deadly virus, and I am worried about this and that all day long, I am afraid of death, why? Maybe it's because of the pressure of a certain part of your life, and you encounter a character and concept that you have to be responsible, talk about perfection, and don't allow yourself to do it. He can only remind you through terrible imagery that you should take care of yourself, and you can't always live for others.
What we fear is the release of our own life force, even though the way he expresses it frightens us. Like a sheep in wolf's clothing, they are fierce and strange, but they are also a part of us, a part of our love, care and compassion.
We are often intimidated by their terrible faces and refuse to accept them. But have you ever thought that he is a part of you, or a side, and his appearance is to make you pay attention to your needs and growth. He's also guarding and reminding you in another way, even if it's too scary.
This is the misunderstanding of cognition, so from today on, we hold him, put him in our hearts, integrate him into our bodies, no longer resist him, no longer beat and scold, no longer panic, no longer regard him as a flood beast, but compassionately say to him, I love you. Obsessive-compulsive disorder
