There is so much chaos in education, why is no one care!

With such chaos in the field of education, why is no one doing anything about it?

Education is considered to be the cornerstone of a country's prosperity and development, and only a country that values education development can achieve a strong and prosperous future. Although China's education has made great progress in recent years, it is undeniable that there are still many problems, especially in recent years, there have been many chaos in education, which has made many front-line teachers feel helpless. Curiously, however, these chaos are rarely effectively addressed.

The chaos in the field of education has attracted worldwide attention. In the case of a shortage of teachers, it is inconceivable that every school has teachers who are specifically responsible for collecting materials, mainly teachers of non-examination subjects, whose task is mainly to collect materials and files in order to cope with all kinds of inspections by superiors. Why is this happening? Because at present, various inspections are emerging one after another. Schools are inspected by different inspection teams almost every week, often at short notice, which creates tension and uncertainty within the school. What's more, inspections have now become unusually thorough, requiring materials, **and**, and leaving everything behind, otherwise it will be judged to be defective, which costs teachers a lot of energy and financial resources.

In recent years, one of the most prominent problems in the education system has been the intensification of conflicts between home and school, and almost all parents are trying to protect their children's rights. Although it is not a bad thing for parents to increase their awareness of protecting their rights, the problem is that almost all the fingers are pointed at teachers, and parents are often prone to reprimand and complain about teachers. Schools, on the other hand, adopt a laissez-faire attitude, and when parents complain about teachers, the school first seriously addresses the teacher's problem and does not pay attention to protecting the teacher's rights. This situation makes teachers the most vulnerable, as even their mothers' families no longer support them, and others are less likely to care about them. As a result, more and more teachers are taking precautions in order to save their jobs, and some are even choosing to respond negatively.

Parents now treat the school as a company with unlimited responsibility. Whenever a child has an accident, no matter what the reason, many parents will take drastic measures, and some even throw the body outside the school, resulting in the school not functioning normally. In many cases, the accident has nothing to do with the school, but the parents still refuse to give up. In desperation, the school had no choice but to give in and pay monetary compensation to prevent the incident from happening. Since the law seems to be out of order, and the ** person always thinks he is a moralist, the school has no choice but to admit defeat because the situation is getting worse and worse.

The educational philosophy encourages students to be honest, reliable, law-abiding, and cultivate civilized and good citizens. However, in actual teaching, teachers have to put on a false show in front of their students. Due to the excessive pressure of inspections, teachers have to involve students in cheating and acting, and over time, students become accustomed to this environment and feel comfortable with various inspections. Teachers know that this is not right, or at least it will have a negative impact on the growth of students, but they have no choice but to complete the tasks assigned by their superiors and dare not disobey.

Perhaps many leaders of the education sector have not personally experienced the actual work of the school, so they feel that many education policies are out of touch with the needs of actual teaching. It is not that the lower schools do not enforce these policies, but that they are simply difficult to enforce. For example, the publication of student grades is not allowed. What's the point of exams if students and teachers themselves don't know about grades? Especially in our society, which values further education, how can people not care about grades? Another example is not allowing students to be graded. While it is not difficult for teachers to do this, the school gives teachers a grade, which in turn is based on the student's grades. What's more, when the school awards students, they still have to take into account the grades, should they award students according to the students' worst grades? These policies sound great, but they are difficult to implement in practice, so few schools in the lower grades actually implement them.

Education is seen as sacred, school is seen as a pure realm, and students are supposed to be pure and immaculate people. However, the current education system seems to be in disarray, and students see, hear, and feel very different from what is described in textbooks, and it is not known whether their young minds will be able to adapt to all this.

The chaos in education is not terrible, it is worrying that it has existed for many years and does not seem to show any signs of improvement, as if no one cares about the problem. If the current trend continues, what the future of education will look like is chilling to think about!
