China Business Daily (reporter Tu Hanwen) buys New Year's goods, gathers with relatives and friends, visits the Year of the Dragon Market, New Year's Garden Party ......In shopping malls, "fancy New Year" has become a new trend. The Spring Festival is lively and prosperous, which is inseparable from the persistence of front-line practitioners, and Zhou Wei, the front-line supervisor of the general service desk of Beijing Department Store and a model worker in Beijing, is also a member of the "dedication to work" of the New Year.

This year is not the first time that Zhou Wei has experienced "the New Year does not close", for her who has worked in the department store for more than 20 years, sticking to her post during the New Year "has long been the norm of work". Share the strong flavor of the New Year with colleagues and customers around you, change into festive red clothes to welcome guests, send blessing words and couplets to customers, and convey a beautiful New Year blessing ......In the department store, Zhou Wei's Spring Festival is always very fulfilling.

Because we are in business, our working schedule is different from everyone else's, and the holiday season is often the busiest, and my family understands this and supports my work. My mother often told me that you work steadfastly, and you don't have to worry about it at home, which makes me feel at ease in my post. Zhou Wei feels that her family will always be the warm backing for her to stick to her post, and the understanding and support from her family also makes her more confident to do her job well.

The general service desk is the window that the mall is open to customers, and Zhou Wei stands on the front line of communication with customers, and polishes this "window" with warm and thoughtful service every day. From receiving customer inquiries, ** consultations, to helping customers broadcast searches, lost and found, and issuing invoices, her daily work seems to many people to be particularly tedious, but in her own eyes, these trivial matters are rich and warm.

With the footsteps of the Chinese New Year, gift packaging has become one of the most common needs of department store customers. In order to satisfy customers, Zhou Wei always adheres to the attitude of excellence, first carefully understands the style that customers want, and then selects the appropriate color and pattern of wrapping paper from the shelf behind him, wraps the gift, and finally carefully decorates it with ribbons, so that the gift box carrying the heart blooms with colorful flowers. During this year's Spring Festival, the general service desk thoughtfully prepared dozens of gift boxes for customers, and added new auspicious wrapping paper such as blessing characters, ingots, and God of Wealth, which are convenient for customers to purchase New Year's gifts.

With sincerity for sincere service, the department store has won many customer recognition. Zhou Wei and customers are like friends, and over time, they have accumulated more and more warm memories.

What I still remember is that there is an old customer of the department store, who bought candy at the candy counter of Master Zhang Binggui back then, and personally felt the service spirit of Master Zhang's 'one fire', and he also knew about our Zhang Binggui Memorial Hall here, so he came to have a look during the Chinese New Year. At that time, it was snowing, and he wiped the snow on the bronze statue of Master Zhang, and put on a red scarf to pay New Year's greetings to Master Zhang. Zhou Wei recalled.

It's the Spring Festival of another year, and the "fire" that has been passed down from generation to generation in the department store is still burning, always warming customers. According to Zhou Wei, the mall is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the Chinese New Year's Eve, and from the beginning of the new year, it will return to the normal business hours of 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Taking advantage of the opportunity of the Spring Festival, the department store has prepared a lot of surprises for customers, such as a counter with complete products, a New Year's check-in point for "films", a New Year's festival full of flavor in the Year of the Dragon, and a New Year's garden party in ......the children's area

Happy New Year to all of you and welcome to the department store! In the new year, I will continue to work hard with my colleagues and fight side by side, and I am very grateful to my family for their continued support. Zhou Wei said.
