How to use cycloidal pinwheel reducer oil

Mondo Technology Updated on 2024-02-01

There are two types of oil used in cycloidal pinwheel reducers, which are lubricated and oil-lubricated.

1. The cycloidal pinwheel reducer is lubricated with grease, and the cycloidal pinwheel reducer is lubricated with grease by single-stage L 4 and two-stage 42. (Greases such as molybdenum disulfide-2 or ZL-2 lithium grease are recommended.) For the replenishment of grease, when the cycloidal pinwheel reducer is running, unscrew the vent cap of the needle tooth shell, and use a grease gun to press the grease into the vent cap hole. The amount of grease injected is 1 3-1 2 of the internal organs of the cycloidal reducer, and the grease should not be added too much to avoid stirring heat.

2. Cycloidal pinwheel reducer oil lubrication.

1) The cycloidal reducer must be injected with lubricating oil before use, and the reducer at the factory is generally not injected with lubricating oil in order to facilitate loading, unloading and transportation.

2) For the cycloidal pinwheel reducer for general purpose, N150 extreme pressure industrial gear oil is recommended to be used at room temperature.

3) When the cycloidal pinwheel reducer works in harsh working conditions, frequent start and stop and high or low temperature occasions, it should contact the technical department of the manufacturer.

4) When filling lubricating oil, the oil level height is pressed in the center position of the oil mark or oil indicator.
