Hello everyone, I am Yao Xiaoqian, a nutritionist, focusing on health for 10 years, it is not easy to be original, follow me for more surprises!
Turning my head, the chubby, sad face of me became a blur. Now I, with a vigorous body and an energetic face, I have lost from 140 pounds to 110 pounds, which is a change, but also a firm choice, I have found a way that suits me, even if it is difficult, I have no determination to give up.
It's an enjoyable and painstaking process, like climbing a steep mountain. When you first enter it, you will feel the pressure of your heartbeat and the heaviness of your steps. However, only by surviving that stage can you enjoy the scenery from the top of the mountain, which is a satisfaction that cannot be replicated or expressed in words. As you slowly gain the ability to get back on your feet in the midst of constant setbacks, the initial tiredness and powerlessness of yourself becomes far away.
How? Do you need exercise, you may ask? Do you need to go on a diet? Do you need to be strong? The answer to all three questions is yes, but there is only one real answer, and that is – find a lifestyle that suits you.
For me, what I found was not just a method, but also an attitude to life. I learned to respect and take care of my body, I started to focus on eating healthy, ditching junk food, and getting active. I told myself that it was not just for my health, but also for spiritual satisfaction and self-respect.
The process was difficult, depression, doubts, failures, all of which were waiting for me. However, I would like to emphasize that every fall is for better flight. It is only through setbacks that we can truly taste success. I went from 100 pounds to 90 pounds, which was difficult, and for me, the key to perseverance was not how tenacious I was, but my belief that I could become a better me.
Sometimes, we focus so much on weight numbers that we forget about something more important, which is the quality of our lives. By changing my habits, I have improved my quality of life, both physically and mentally, and my relationships. This is not just a change in numbers, but also a change in life.
This may be one of the countless ** stories you've heard, everyone has their own story, and some people will keep it to themselves, and I choose to share it, hoping it will inspire you, like me, who are also looking for yourself. Remember, don't give up easily, find a way that suits you, and you can also meet a better version of yourself. The end of this trip is not only a loss of weight, but also a process of self-discovery and self-growth.
New title conjecture: [The story behind it: 110 pounds of ease and 140 pounds of heaviness].
