Renovation needs to be sorted out.
1. I like an open kitchen and hope to have an island.

In the original structure, although the storage room is small and the aisle is long, the other spaces are reasonable. However, there is room for optimization in the design based on the needs of homeowners.
Renovation points. 1. Remove the partition wall of the entrance and integrate the entrance and kitchen into a storage unit to improve storage efficiency and make the space more organized.
2. Use the space of the public bathroom trunk area to create a storage + display area in the restaurant.
3. Merge the balcony into the living room to broaden the horizontal vision.
4. The second bedroom is converted into a study and connected to part of the balcony.
5. Change the direction of the door opening of the master bedroom, eliminate the narrow feeling of the original aisle, and use the sofa background wall to ensure privacy.
