As a mode of organizing agricultural production, the production team has existed and developed to a certain extent in the past, but it is doubtful whether it is still feasible now. On the one hand, some people believe that it is not feasible to organize production teams at present, mainly because the labor income of production teams is related to the total income of production teams, and workers do not have the freedom to choose their place of work and make demands on their income, which restricts the development and income growth of workers. On the other hand, there are those who believe that it is entirely feasible to organize production teams, which they believe are economic organizations that contribute to the development of agricultural production and better meet the needs of the people by achieving income growth through collective efforts.
This question can be analysed and interpreted from multiple perspectives: economic, social, and policy. From an economic point of view, the organization mode and income distribution mode of the production team are incompatible with the needs and changes of the modern agricultural economy, and it is difficult to improve production efficiency and peasant income. From a social point of view, the organization of the production team and the collective labor income distribution model are incompatible with the needs of individual freedom and individual development in modern society, which limits the development potential and motivation of laborers. From a policy point of view, the organization mode of production teams and the mode of labor income distribution are incompatible with the direction and goal of modern rural reform, which restricts the motivation and efficiency of rural development.
1.In the past, the existence and development of production teams were supported by their own unique environment, which included: the rural collective economic model during the period of the state's planned economy, the land reform policy, and the experience model of peasants' production increase and conservation. All these factors provide important support and guarantee for the organization of the production team.
2.The organizational model of the production team has a certain correlation with the development and demand of modern agricultural economy. The existence and development of the production team was due to the needs of the national economy and the support of policies at that time, but with the changes in the national economic situation and the needs of farmers, the organization of the production team and the mode of distribution of labor income also needed to be adjusted and reformed accordingly.
1.It is obviously not possible to organize a production team now. Agricultural development is in a period of transition to modernization, and tremendous changes have taken place in the rural economy and farmers' needs. The organization mode of the production team and the mode of distribution of labor income cannot meet the development needs of modern rural areas, and are not conducive to improving the quality and efficiency of agricultural products.
2.However, it was argued that it was entirely feasible to organize production teams. They believe that the organization of production teams and the collective labor income distribution model can improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural products, reduce the labor risks of peasants, and protect peasants' labor rights and interests. According to this viewpoint, the existence and development of production teams are in line with the current situation of the rural economy and the needs of the peasants.
3.In the future development, the organization of the production team needs to consider the following aspects: first, it is necessary to conform to the direction and goals of rural reform and adapt to the needs and changes of modern agricultural economy; Second, it is necessary to pay attention to the dominant position of farmers and the space for free development, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers; Third, it is necessary to improve the building of rural economic organizations and rural economic policies, so as to provide support and guarantee for the development of the rural economy.
The existence and development of production teams had their own unique background and environmental support in the past, but now the rural economy and the needs of farmers have changed dramatically. From an economic, social and policy point of view, the feasibility of organizing production teams is now limited.
From an economic point of view, the modern agricultural economy needs more flexible and diversified production organization methods to meet the needs of market competition and the improvement of the quality of agricultural products. The collective labor income distribution model of the production team cannot stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of laborers, and restricts the improvement of agricultural production efficiency.
From a social point of view, the organization of the production team and the mode of distribution of labor income are incompatible with the needs of individual freedom and personal development, and there are certain restrictions on the development potential and motivation of laborers. Modern society encourages the development of individuals and the realization of individual capabilities, which requires more flexible and diversified ways of organizing labor.
From a policy point of view, the goal of modern rural reform is to develop the rural economy, increase peasant incomes, and protect peasants' rights and interests. The organization of the production team and the mode of distribution of labor income are incompatible with this goal and need to be reformed and adjusted accordingly.
In the course of future rural development, it is necessary to adopt a variety of ways and measures to gradually reform and optimize the organization of rural production and the distribution of labor income, so as to meet the process and requirements of rural economic modernization. Only in this way can we achieve sustainable development of the rural economy and common prosperity of the peasants.
