On February 1, it was learned from the Bureau of Natural Resources of Qingdao West Coast New Area that the management measures for the division and transfer of scientific research complexes (trial) (draft for comments) were implemented on a pilot basis within the core area of Guzhenkou in the West Coast New Area, and public comments were solicited from the public.
The scientific research complex mentioned in the measures refers to the planning and construction of scientific research and education (scientific research) land, including scientific research experimental rooms, office buildings, supporting buildings, service industry buildings, parking facilities, and access facilities, which are mainly engaged in scientific and technological research and development, business incubation, collaborative innovation, achievement transformation and other business complexes.
After the completion and acceptance of the scientific research complex and the first registration of the real estate, it can be divided and transferred as the basic unit according to the fixed boundaries such as buildings and floors, and it is not allowed to be pre-sold or rented for sale before that.
The fixed boundaries of buildings, floors, etc., are determined in strict accordance with the planning approval documents. In principle, the minimum subdivision of the basic unit shall not be less than 200 square meters.
In principle, the basic unit of division and transfer shall be determined in strict accordance with the planning approval documents, and the integrity of the fire safety facilities and building supporting facilities that have been designed, constructed and accepted in accordance with the procedures shall be maintained, and the normal use function requirements such as fire protection and safety shall be met.
