Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian congratulated the winners and thanked them for their contributions to the development of China-Philippines relations. He hoped that the laureates would continue to inject positive energy into China-Philippines friendship, continuously consolidate the public opinion foundation of the friendship between the two countries, and promote the steady and long-term development of China-Philippines relations.

Wu Qiqi, the winner of the "Outstanding Contribution Award" and chairman of the headquarters of the China Hongmen Zhi Gong Party in the Philippines, told China News Service that this honor is a guide to the direction of his future efforts.
