In 2013, due to production adjustments, Witton changed the production of double kilns to single kilns. In order to improve production efficiency, Zhao Junsheng put forward the suggestion of "changing the product from single drop to double drop production", and led the team to work overtime to discuss the double drop of the product. In order to achieve double drops, Zhao Junsheng proposed a plan to "make the product quickly finalized", and increased the cooling air volume by increasing the diameter of the cooling air hole of the "stagnation plate". In order to prevent the bottom of the pile, he added cooling air ducts on both sides of the conveyor belt. Zhao Junsheng led the team not afraid of dirty, tired, not afraid of high temperature, after dozens of adjustments, successfully realized the double-drop production, so that the speed of a single product increased from 50 points to 100 points, the pass rate increased from 42% to 73%, and the daily production capacity increased by 329%. This can be said to be a feat, and behind it is the hard work of Zhao Junsheng and the team he leads.
Tackling the defects of bottle mouth explosion is also Zhao Junsheng's masterpiece. The bottle mouth explosion defect has a great impact on the pass rate, because it is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye, the missed detection rate is high, resulting in many customer complaints. Zhao Junsheng's team carefully analyzed the reason and found that the temperature difference between the clamp bottle flakes and the hot bottle mouth was too large, and the contact part between the bottle mouth and the clamp bottle flakes exploded due to extreme cold, so it is very important to reasonably select the material of the clamp bottle flakes according to the molding characteristics of different products. The original clamp bottle pieces are mainly copper, aluminum, iron, and PTFE, and the thermal conductivity of copper, aluminum, and iron materials is high, which can easily lead to the explosion of the bottle mouth; PTFE has a small thermal conductivity, but poor high temperature resistance and mechanical damage resistance, and a short service life. Later, graphite material was used, graphite has a small thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance and anti-cracking function, but the material is relatively brittle, easy to break, poor mechanical damage resistance, short service life and high cost. After repeated research and experiments, Zhao Junsheng led the members of the chief technician studio to try to use carbon-carbon composite materials to make pliers bottle flakes, and verified that the bottle mouth explosion defects basically disappeared, and a total of 26 pliers bottle flakes were consumed for a product, and the actual cost was about 3,600 yuan. Although the first grade of this material is 45% higher than that of graphite, but due to the high temperature resistance and mechanical damage resistance of carbon-carbon composite materials, the consumption is greatly reduced, and the actual cost is about 35% lower than that of graphite, at present, the new material pliers have been applied to more than 10 products, and the cost of about 100,000 yuan has been saved while improving the pass rate.
As the chief technician, Zhao Junsheng has played a prominent role in the pioneering research and development of unique, special-shaped and high-end products. Unilever Herborist 2611 products were exhibited at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo and won the Packaging Design Award in Japan that year. The product belongs to the special-shaped product, the shape is extremely irregular, there is no symmetry point, two bottles (including the lid) can form the shape of the Taiji diagram, the production is difficult, the product has been trial-produced for the first time almost no pass rate, Zhao Junsheng for the main defects of the product, proposed to add 3 diameters 0 on each side of the forming mold panelThe 4mm exhaust hole, through the continuous debugging and correction of the mold and various process parameters, solves the defects such as the concave body of the material print, and finally meets the requirements of mass production, the product qualification rate is increased from 20% to 60%, the daily output value is increased from 15,000 yuan to 100,000 yuan, and the output value is nearly 36 million yuan.
