Recently, in order to comprehensively improve the actual combat ability of the rescue, further improve the overall quality of the team, make the commanders and fighters proficient in the operation of the rescue equipment and equipment, and effectively prepare for the rescue mission under severe cold weather conditions, recently, the Jiashi County Fire and Rescue Brigade carried out the first rescue pull drill to comprehensively test the actual combat ability of the team.
The brigade adheres to the principle of "real exercise, real training, and real training" to simulate the occurrence of 6Level 5**, set up team assembly, foot marching, camp construction, personnel search, rope rescue, narrow space rescue, wooden support, demolition and removal, deep well rescue, logistics support and other subjects, and the demolition, top support, detection, rescue, vigilance, emergency communication and other equipment and equipment for severe cold operation test, further tested the team's ability to deal with the first rescue disaster accident and the level of support.
After a rush of alarm bells, all the commanders and fighters quickly assembled, neatly reported the number, the commander immediately checked the personnel composition, the number of equipment, and the situation of the vehicles, and the participants immediately carefully checked the equipment and 72-hour rescue kit to ensure that the materials were complete. Due to the damage to the roads and the collapse of some houses and trees in the affected areas, the vehicles could not continue to move forward. After the rescue force overcame the difficulties encountered in the road and arrived at the scene safely, the commander immediately issued a combat mission according to the disaster situation. The search and rescue team used a combination of manual search and radar life detector detection to conduct a comprehensive search of the disaster site and accurately locate the location of personnel. After the rescue team made a safety assessment at the scene, according to the location of the "trapped person", they used rope rescue, narrow space rescue, downward demolition rescue, deep well rescue, horizontal demolition rescue and other technologies to safely rescue the "trapped person", which achieved the expected purpose of the exercise. In the process of rescue, each detachment overcame the unfavorable factors of low temperature and extremely cold weather, raced against time, paid full attention, standardized operation, and professional rescue, reflecting high tactical literacy and ability to tackle tough problems. The drill not only tested the mastery of the performance parameters and operation methods of the equipment and equipment of the backbone personnel of the detachment, as well as the operational proficiency of the first-class rescue to establish rescue channel technology, but also enabled all the participants to more comprehensively grasp the operation methods and precautions of various rescue methods, effectively improved the theoretical and practical foundation of the new firefighters, and promoted the overall professional quality of the team.
After the drill, the commander made on-site comments on the disposal of each group, and analyzed and helped the fire rescue personnel one-on-one on the difficulties and confusions encountered in the training process, pointed out and corrected the problems encountered in the disposal process in a timely manner, and ensured that the rescue process was orderly and standardized. At the same time, several points were emphasized:One isIt is necessary to take this actual combat pull exercise as an opportunity to conscientiously summarize, check and fill in the gaps, draw inferences from weak links, make up for shortcomings, and ensure the steady improvement of the team's combat effectiveness. The second isIt is necessary to set up training scenarios in a difficult and strict manner, improve the division of tasks, improve the pertinence and operability of the plan, and let the team practice hard to win in a real and actual combat environment. The third isAll personnel should maintain a high degree of vigilance, strengthen the awareness of duty and preparation, do a good job in daily training, refine business skills, strengthen the maintenance of vehicles, equipment and equipment, and ensure that they are kept intact and easy to use at all times. Four areDo a good job in the reserve of cold-proof and warm materials and anti-freezing and anti-skid work under low temperature, rain and snow conditions, do a good job in the maintenance of vehicle equipment and equipment, and constantly improve the combat logistics support system to provide a solid guarantee for the rescue operation.
