2024 Fuzhou City Public Scholarship Normal Student Special Double Selection Conference Recruitment Announcement.
According to the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Education and the Provincial Department of Education on doing a good job in the employment of publicly-funded normal students, after research, it was decided to hold a special double selection meeting for publicly-funded normal students in 2024. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

Admission closes at 13:00 on Thursday, January 11.
2) The location of the double election.

3) Double selection requirements.
Applicants need to bring the application materials to the venue of the double election meeting to participate in the open recruitment within the above time, and those who do not show up will be deemed to have automatically given up their recruitment qualifications, and the specific arrangements are as follows:

1.Original and photocopy of ID card;
2.Several copies of my resume;
3.The "Training and Employment Agreement" signed with the provincial or municipal education department of the student's place of origin at the time of enrollment in the university;
4.Graduate Employment Recommendation Form and Academic Transcripts from University Studies. The employment recommendation form must be signed and sealed by the university department and career guidance center. If individual colleges and universities have not yet issued academic transcripts, they are allowed to submit them after the start of the semester;

5) Recruitment methods.
Adopt the method of double selection of supply and demand, direct assessment, and merit-based hiring. Applicants should register and assess at the recruitment and registration office of the employer according to their teacher qualification certificate and subject category. One person can participate in the assessment of multiple units. The 2024 class of publicly-funded normal students from key normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education can be recommended by the Municipal Education Bureau to the Municipal or County (City) District Education Bureau for docking assessment.
After reviewing the application materials, the employer may conduct a direct assessment in combination with interviews, organizing fragment teaching, answering questions from experts, skill tests, etc., to determine the candidates to be hired. The list of candidates to be hired will be publicized according to the affiliation of each unit after the double election meeting.
Terms of Employment. 1) If the list of persons to be hired is publicized and does not affect the employment, the formalities for signing the employment agreement shall be handled, and the specific time, place and other relevant matters shall be notified separately.
The 2024 class of publicly-funded normal students of key normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education from outside Fujian Province are also required to provide the "Application Form for Cross-provincial Teaching of Publicly-funded Normal Graduates" approved and signed by the provincial education administrative department of the province where the student is located and the receiving province (Fujian Province).
B) the personnel to be hired must participate in the physical examination organized by the Municipal Education Bureau and the pre-job training organized by the administrative departments, and the physical examination and pre-job training can only be hired. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the "Physical Examination Standards and Measures for Applicants for Teacher Qualifications in Fujian Province (Revised in 2018)". If the subject of the physical examination has any doubts about the results of the physical examination, he or she may apply for a re-examination within 7 days from the date of learning the results of the physical examination. Matters related to pre-job training will be notified separately.
3) The personnel to be hired will go through the entry procedures after completing the procedures such as physical examination and file review, and the specific requirements will be notified separately.
4) The probationary period of the personnel hired in the establishment post is one year, and the probationary period of the personnel employed in the participating post is half a year, and those who fail to pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period shall be dismissed.
5) Qualification review runs through the whole process. The personnel to be hired shall truthfully report their relevant circumstances, and shall not be hired under any of the following circumstances: 1Obtaining examination qualifications by false reporting, concealment, forgery, alteration of relevant materials or other illegal means; 2.Failure to provide relevant certificates according to the post registration conditions or unqualified review of relevant documents when registering; 3.Those who fail to pass physical examination and pre-job training; 4.The review is unqualified; 5.The 2024 publicly-funded normal students of key normal universities directly under the Ministry of Education from outside Fujian Province fail to complete the cross-provincial teaching and employment procedures with the provincial education administrative department of the province where the student is located and the receiving province (Fujian Province) on time.
6) In principle, the personal contact** and email address provided by the applicant at the time of registration shall not be changed before September 1, 2024. If the change is due to special reasons, the applicant should inform the Fuzhou Education Talent Service Center (**Fax: 0591-83340647) within three days after the change.
7) The official registration time of the personnel to be hired is tentatively scheduled for August 16, 2024. The performance management of publicly-funded normal graduates shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and the Fujian Provincial Department of Education.
