The judgment shows that the content and release location of the defendant's statement must be reviewed by the court, and if it is not performed, the court will release the main content of the judgment in the relevant ** according to the application of the plaintiff Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd., and the cost shall be borne by the defendant.
If the defendant fails to fulfill the obligation to pay money within the period specified in this judgment, it shall pay double the interest on the debt for the period of delayed performance in accordance with the provisions of Article 260 of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China.
The case acceptance fee is 13,800 yuan, of which 3,800 yuan is borne by the plaintiff Xiaomi Technology Co., Ltd. (already paid) and 10,000 yuan is borne by the defendant (to be paid within seven days from the effective date of this judgment).
